HOTEL CASINO DEL RÍO - GENERAL ROCA — Hotel in Municipio de General Roca

Miserable hotel. Feels like this hotel was built very quickly. Holes in the wall next to the thermostat. AC never worked. Just blew hot air. Again a trend...Do Not Disturb signs on the door mean nothing. Housekeeping will enter and clean as they wish. Bed was terrible and the bathroom was tiny. Felt like they tried to be modern with the room, but it was all a cheap facade. While staying here with a group, the hotel front desk staff had the gall to question whether we were "supposed to be [in the lobby]" and actually made us present our keys to prove we were guests. I guess we weren't "classy enough" to be viewed as clientele of this horrible establishment. Stay far away from here. Stay in Neuquen...

Surprisingly this is a good hotel for the area. Associated to the casino next door. Nice clean and tidy rooms with fresh decor. Lovely shower. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which is a huge negative for me. Breakfast standard continental with a nice fruit selection. Staff polite and friendly. Ideal for me when here for 3 weeks plus. Located on the main highway with easy access. Supermarket just 15 second drive down the road. All most 5 out of 5 but no tea or coffee...

Stayed there for a few nights and even the location is not right in the city centre of General Roca, it is only 10 minutes drive to the city and its a business hotel attached to a casino.||The room was really nice and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was just alright, not may choices, but still ok. ||I guess, it is the best hotel in the city and I would definitely recommend and would stay there again if back...
