Hostería la Caldera — Hotel in Municipio de La Caldera

After read your meaning review and sometimes very ofensive I have to say something...||I just was there while I was in the north of Argentina with my girl, for a few days of relax and I find this review now and I don´t agree with you at all.||With all respect: ||The rooms are far from the wifi signal because the place is a old fashion country style, fully rebuilded and in a area (the villaje) where there is not internet at all, to have it AND for free I think is just more than OK. ||Did you need internet signal also in the room? Come , don´t be spoiled!||Is free and many hotels and resorst charge you for this service in Europe, please.||-Rooms are clean||-Bed & bath clothe also 100% clean, super clean.||About the smell in your room?||- Hello!? can you please, change my room for another one? ||Talk, ask to the people, the crew is not there to see you having bad times!|| I am sure they will find the solution with no problem, come on…||The pool dirty? Is a outdoor pool, maybe some leaves that wins blow? ||Maybe was raining season or a few raining days before you arrive? ||The town “La caldera” (the coment you make about the village is very ofensive in some way) is a nice , quiet and simple rural place with good options for walks, biking or horse riding. And beside the options for a boring person like... many turist are, the history of the local people and the work they make there can´t be insulted just because is not in the F...Lonely Planet.-||Did you see the lakes 2km away from the hotel?||Take a bike or a walk there, next to the river there is a path, walk and enjoy, you´ll see... ||Lonely planet never was there and also never in many beautifull places in the entire world and thanks god for that!||I agree with you about the restaurante, the food was good and delicious! but Sr, ||Try turning the computer off sometimes, throw away the very comercial Lonely Planet (looks like a bibble for some people) and take a walk, or explore yourself by making real human contact with some simple conversation or other way get bakc to the very flat and always bussy NL and stay there, with your umbrella always on ;-). ||I think you are too much bussy in your holidays or trips, with all respect, relax…||Thanks.||Rodrigo C. The rooms look good from a distance...But they are humid and there was mold on every wall. The smell of mold in the the room got even in our clothes...even after days we could notice this musty smell. WIFI is not avilable in the room only in the restaurant. The pool was a dirty mess. in the place La Caldera it self is nothing much to see (altough it is mentioned on some touristmaps as a point of intrest). Lonely planet was right not to mention this place in their book we discovered. ||The Restaurant at the hosteria however was not bad, although they did not serve a descent...

Nos cobraron $2700 por una habitación supuestamente Suite, que debía incluir bañera de Hidromasaje . La habitación tenía el hidromasaje el cual tardo 1:30hs para cargar NO FUNCIONÓ al informar en recepción de los inconvenientes el Día 2 por la tarde nos informan que no tenía Solución, agregado a eso el baño lleno de humedad las paredes, chico muy chico. El desayuno el Café Frio, frutas muy poca variedad, las facturas reponían de a 3 unidades, La variedad para Celíacos nos sirvieron 2 discos de arroz los cuales estaban Húmedos (viejos). La pileta estaba sucia en fondo tenía barro viejo lo que denota la falta de mantenimiento, pasto, insectos. La Habitación no ofrece ninguna vista atractiva . Vista a una arboleda.

PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN MUY AMABLE, PERO CON POCA CAPACITACIÓN, TUVIMOS INCONVENIENTE CON BOOKING Y NO TENÍAN RESPUESTA A LA PROBLEMÁTICA QUE SURGIO .

NO RECOMENDABLE MUY CARO PARA LO QUE OFRECEN

Con respecto a su respuesta Sr Gerente, creo que usted también podría darnos una solución en el momento como por ejemplo cambiarnos de habitación ya que uno de los motivos que nos llevó hasta la Hostería fue que contaba con Hidromasaje. Le dejo otro punto que no lo quise mencionar anteriormente fue que el ingreso de la Hostelería está en malas condiciones lo cual golpee el socalo del...
