It's one of the cheapest places in town (45 Arg Peso per person for a double, shared bathroom) and in contrast to other reviews the place was actually quite tidy (including the bathrooms). There is a kitchen/living room area with a large TV, and also some open space with table tennis and table football. Three PCs and wifi included. Sounds good. But:||||If you need a relaxing place to sleep (like when you came of a long bus ride like us), then this is definitely not the place to stay. When we came back from dinner past midnight the place was relatively quiet, so we were looking forward to catching a good night sleep. At 2.30am we were woken up by pumping music, a group of people partying hard. It took us a while to find somebody responsible and then we were told that the people will leave for a party in town "soon"...||Breakfast consists of coffee or tea, and bread and jam. And apparently cereals, but we never got them offered. ||The mattress is thin and soft (read cheap) and I had some sort of insect/bug bites all over my body the next day.||||Hostel de la Linda might be a place for young backpackers to party, but stay away if you...
Read moreWe got this hostel through the previous hostel we stayed in so thought it would be fine. The positive thing was that it was only €10 per person per night for a twin room. Once we pointed them on the list of facilities on Hostelworld (and even outside the hostel on a banner!) they dragged a cabinet with a few tiny lockers in our already not so spacious room. The bathrooms could use an update as well since the paint is falling down, the showerheads are missing on some showers and the toiletseats...
Read moreStayed here for two nights. The room we got was a basic double without a bathroom. But since there are 8 bathrooms all over the place, you wont be shy for a place to take a shower. The hostel is fairly clean and had a nice kitchen/tv area where you can watch dvd's or play some playstation. Our room was near a central court and at both nights there were people talking outside and playing table tennis. Even after I politely asked them to be quiet or move to the tv area they only went to bed around 2 am. It's a 15 minute walk to the main square so overall: a basic place to stay if you're just looking for a...
