Mulen Hotel Tandil — Hotel in Tandil

Muken is a centrally located upscale hotel that has a modern look and boasts a swimming pool and a gym at the top. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, with a big bathroom. There was a safety box and a useful wardrobe with many divisions. Room included a handy kitchen with full set of dishes and a microwave oven, a couch and a small table. The bed was enormous and soft, with many pillows to pick. There was a balcony with modern chairs offering a superb view of the city. Breakfast was very good, with many options of bread, pastries, yogurt, cereals, ham, cheese, butter, creamy cheese and jam. Perhaps it was slightly short in croissant varieties. Hotel has a parking lot underneath that's very handy but may be crowded or even full if the hotel is complete. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Centrally located, the facilities are new, the common areas are small if the hotel is sold out ... breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:30 in regular schedule; the problem is that there are certainly no tables available people queuing & nobody has a quiet breakfast.||The gym & the pool area are very small and can not live more than 2 families in them, additionally the access is only by stairs; the parking lot is insufficient (by the way too expensive) so you have to park down the street. Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas, pero la atención es terrible. Contrate dos habitaciones superiores cuatro noches por despegar, la opción normal era de 5.200 la noche, al contratar la opción Premium el paquete ofrecía cena y late check out y el precio ascendía a 7.600, dicha opción fue la que contrate. Sin embargo el hotel no se hizo cargo diciendo q solo incluía una noche la cena y no todos los días. Es muy raro q te cobren 11.200 (1.400 diferencia4dias2habitaciones) por una sola cena, la cual no era gran cosa, solo plato principal (menú fijo) una gaseosa pequeña y el postre (también fijo). La noche anterior a irnos el hotel nos indicaron q no nos correspondían cenas todas las noches, a lo cual llame a despegar y me dijeron q si. Esa noche no cenamos porq no sabíamos que pasaba. Nos tuvieron hasta la una de la mañana intentando solucionarlo con despegar y luego nos dijeron q al otro dia nos avisaban, durante la mañana casi no pude desayunar por el problema, uno viene a relajarse y no se puede. Ellos seguien en su postura q el cupón de ellos decía una sola noche a pesar q les mostré mi cupón y q justo la diferencia que me cobraron es lo que ellos cobran por cena si no la tenes contratada. Conclusión me cobraron cuatro cenas, solo cene tres y dicen q es problema con despegar q ellos deben hacer cargo. Otras cosas a decir del hotel: el restaurante/desayunador es pequeño y no es suficiente si el hotel esta lleno, shampoo y acondicionador solo ponen una en una habitación de dos personas, no tienen suficientes cocheras por lo cual te cobran 200 por dia para usar las cocheras, las cuales igualmente no están asignadas. Las mucamas del 6to piso se pasaron toda una mañana discutiendo cerca de la puerta de mi habitación porq habían ascendido a una de ellas. Además de los cuatro días q estuve hubo tres en los cuales un ascensor no funcionaba. La verdad es q por la categoría de hotel deja...
