Casa Magallanes Ushuaia — Hotel in Ushuaia

Casa Magallanes is the perfect place to stay in Ushuaia. I chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews about the host, who does in fact go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The apartment and rooms are large, immaculate, and stocked with every necessity. The breakfast spread is extensive and the kitchen includes almost every pot, pan, utensil, appliance, spice, and condiment you can think of. It is situated about a 15-20 minute walk from the center of town, which makes for quiet evenings where you can sleep peacefully. Heat can be adjusted in the individual rooms, and we always had hot water. We used Ubers and taxis to get around and they never cost more than $5. Mariano is very communicative and was extremely accommodating and pleasant when I was making the booking. We had some changes within a month of our stay and he was patient and kind in making adjustments to our accommodations. He also provided a number of local recommendations during our stay. We stayed as group of six which included 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. It was a cosy house which had everything that was desired for the different age groups; for the teenagers and the child, there was an arcade which had numerous games in it and in the 4 smart televisions there was a Netflix profile for each room and Youtube Premium was on the television. A large variety of board games were also available. There was a fully prepared kitchen in which you could cook but an oven could be required. The toilets were well prepared with shampoo, conditioner and soap. There was space for the ski boots and all the coats. The area was clearly prepared for skiing with shoe heaters. This was the best accomodation anyone could ask for. The accomodation is spacious and incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is also fully stocked and provided water, juice, yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, and various other things. Our host Mariano could not have bee more supportive and informative. During our stay, Mariano helped us secure a car rental for a day trip to the national park, exchanged pesos for us, facilitated laundry services, and gave us tons of practical advice and information for our stay.
