I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves more attention! Our stay was memorable in the best way, and I’d like to share a few highlights:||Food:|Absolutely delicious! The booking included breakfast, which was generous and satisfying. We also added dinner on one of the days—and we didn’t regret it for a second. The variety is impressive: plenty of local, seasonal fruits and dishes that, while simple, are thoughtfully chosen and full of flavor. You won’t find trendy avocado toast or low-calorie vegan cookies (which I personally wasn’t looking for), but I was pleasantly surprised to be served meatballs in béchamel sauce and cooked sprout fish—a beloved local delicacy. The menu caters to all tastes, and I genuinely loved everything I tried.||Service:|One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom is stocked with a wide range of amenities—not just the basics. It’s the only place where I’ve seen items like a razor, vanity kit, and sanitary bag, each carefully packaged in a separate branded bag. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and modern (none of that worn-out, outdated feel you sometimes get). The staff is exceptionally well-trained—always polite, helpful, and professional. I appreciated that they ask guests to complete a brief feedback form at checkout—something that’s surprisingly rare in Armenia. Even more impressive, if something isn’t perfect, they follow up to make it right.||Atmosphere:|You really have to experience it in person to feel it fully, but I’ll try to capture it here. The grounds are meticulously maintained—cleaned multiple times a day, with lush greenery and flowering plants carefully watered. There’s a peaceful lagoon with ducks and a charming tradition of leaving bread in a basket for guests to feed them. Children have both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and the pools (also both indoor and outdoor) are cleaned daily. One detail that stood out to me: the rooms use towels produced by local manufacturers. It’s clear the owners care deeply—not just about their guests, but about the environment, their staff’s working conditions, and supporting local businesses.||This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place with heart. And that’s what will bring...

The receptionist informed us that the dinner is complimentary from the hotel due to the anniversary.||When we arrived at the dining hall, we were seated by the staff and dinner was served. Midway through our dinner their manager walked to our table and informed that we will have to move to some other room as this table is reserved for guests who had paid for the dinner. It came as a shock. We told him that his staff had invited us and also seated us. He said they might have made a mistake and we can have dinner in the other room. He said don't worry its free go to the other room. It was Racist and humiliating. We lost our hunger after this experience and decided to go to our room.||After an hour they sent some food to the room which we sent back. Then we received a call from the reception that our next day stay is complimentary on behalf of the hotel, we refused. When we checked out today they tried to pay us our booking amount, we did not take it either.||You can't just go about insulting people and offer them money to ignore it. ||We dont know if the management will even care to read it, if they do they should train their staff and teach them how to respect guests.||We are definetly not...
