Disappointing stay – poor maintenance and no assistance

The surrounding nature is truly beautiful, but the hotel itself left us very disappointed. The entire facility is old and poorly maintained: • Many bathroom fixtures didn’t work – some taps didn’t provide water at all. • Water from the second floor started leaking into the lower level. • Part of the flooring was literally held together with duct tape, which felt both unsafe and unprofessional.

Around 10:10 PM, water started leaking from the ceiling downstairs. I called the reception to report it. The staff member said they were not aware of any current issues, even though the ceiling had clear water damage marks, suggesting this had happened before.

When I asked for someone to come and clean the mess, the receptionist told me there were no staff members available at that hour and that nothing could be done.

While the location is lovely, I wouldn’t recommend staying in a place where clear issues are met with no support...
