I would like to share our recent experience staying at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing.
The hotel is not at all suitable for families with children. There are stairs everywhere and no ramps or elevators, making it extremely difficult — if not impossible — to move around with a stroller. This also means the hotel is inaccessible for people with disabilities.
Additionally, we were told in advance that our room would be on the ground floor. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so we had to carry a stroller and a child up four flights of stairs — it felt like something from the Stone Age.
To make things worse, we had a very poor experience at the restaurant. We waited two hours for our food, only to receive the wrong order entirely. After such a long wait, this was extremely frustrating.
Another serious concern is the staff. Most of them appeared to be very young boys — around 14 to 15 years old — with no proper training or experience. This was quite surprising and unprofessional for an establishment that presents itself as a hotel and restaurant.
We hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for your...

The inner pool was good and I enjoyed some swimming and looking at snowflakes falling on the side glasses of the roof. I also enjoyed the bowling and walking in an outside area, where there is also an open pool, which I could not use yet in March.||You can always order something apart from the free breakfast and dinner, using the menu available in the rooms with very reasonable prices.||One tradition here is to celebrate the birthdays of the stayers, when they get not only some wine and cake for free, but also a nice birthday music :)||All is well-organised; one just need to arrive and then ...||I will visit again,...
