Stonehenge Tsaghkadzor — Hotel in Kotayk Province

The location of the hotel is excellent, with beautiful mountain views from every room. The building is new and modern, the furniture is fresh and clean, the rooms are nicely carpeted and the beds are comfortable. However, the standard rooms are too small to feel truly comfortable. The bathrooms are also quite cramped. Another inconvenience is that the rooms have no balconies, only very narrow French windows, and only one side can be opened. Each room has just one chair and a foldable armchair, which is insufficient even for two people. There is no space to sit by the window with a coffee table and armchairs to enjoy the view and chat with friends. The hotel also lacks cosy areas to relax. There are no gathering corners, no tables and chairs outside the restaurant and no shady green spaces. The bar looks nice and well-designed and has a nice balcony with a view, but it is on the sunny side, so it can only be used late in the evening and it doesn’t feel private since it also serves as an entrance. On the positive side, the restaurant looks nice, the food is fine, and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful location and offers good service, but it needs improvements in space, comfort and facilities to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay...

Great food from their restaurant!

It’s a 10 minute drive to the ropeway. You can easily get Yandex to drive you to and fro the hotel.

One comment I would say is the lack of availability of staff. I called the reception at like 10pm and nobody was answering anymore. Same thing happened at 8am. We were leaving at 9:30am and wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant but it was still closed and there were no people we could find in the hotel.😁
