Hotel Lider Complex — Hotel in Vayk

We stayed at this hotel on the long journey from Yerevan on drive to Tatev Monastery. |The hotel is new with a modern food court and supermarket adjacent to the building. |We were offered a complimentary upgrade. The room was huge with a jacuzzi. Really lovely room. We wish we could have stayed longer. |The receptionist, Lilit, was just amazing. We mentioned that we wanted to go to Stepanakert and she informed us we would not be able to book accommodation through the usual websites. She offered to look up Armenian websites for us. She showed us a list of properties on her phone and telephoned and booked an apartment for us. She helped to arrange a time for us to meet the apartment owner. She even text us the following day to ensure we had located the apartment and that all was ok.|We really appreciated the help Lilit offered to us. She is to be commended and is a valuable asset...

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms and common areas were nice and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or needs.

We did encounter a minor issue with our room, but the hotel staff were quick to address it. They offered us a better room free of charge, which showed their commitment to excellent customer service.

Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's a great 24/7 cafe in the same building. This made it easy to grab a meal or a snack at any time of day or night.

I absolutely loved this property. It was very cheap for a last minute Booking when all properties in the area were either unavailable or out of budget. It’s a great base to explore Jermuk and Tatev as well as Areni. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, great AC in these very hot July days and very bright with 3 windows Super convenient access to food court and supermarket and parking right in front of entrance door. Although it is located on the main road full of trucks and cars I didn’t hear a single thing at night
