  1. Couldn't buy any food or drink etc., they advertised a cafe, non existent. The next day we had to drive back to Seaford and buy food from Woolworths & a tray from Big W to place the food on in the oven of the spa cabin we rented for 2 nights. We also had to purchase a clock radio at Big W no clock in the bedrooms.|2) Older female staff was rude to my wife when we arrived first day, she rudely said you finally made it.|3) The Banksia SPA cabin was a joke the fridge wouldn't keep anything cold even when we turned the dial on full, only the freezer worked.|4) The double bed was so low down it was horrible.|5) We asked before we came if two people could fit in the spa, only one person could, and no offence to any obese people you wouldn't fit into it.|6) Both the sliding doors wouldn't lock properly we had to force them to lock.|7) Porch light didn't work.|8) Now for the park itself it's a fire hazard, Big gas cylinder's placed in between cabins, dry paddocks surround the boundaries of the park, alot of dry leaves clogging drains on permanent resident homes, couldn't find any fire fighting gear etc.|9) Activities were lame e.g. mini golf wasn't operating, pool to small, games room is run down.|My wife and I haven't been away to the beach for ten years because 4 years ago she had a tumor on her right eye lid she had toget it removed she only had 6 months to live, and 2 years ago I went through 20 treatments of radiation for prostate cancer. We paid $380 for this extremely horrible experience and in the end we only spent 45 minutes in the beach because of us having to go to Seaford to get food.|This caravan park needs a fire & safety inspection immediately. Not all reviews are accurate on their site either is their description of what the...

Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever come across the guy behind the counter especially I had organised another few days with him the day before and the next day he was bashing at my door at 9am telling me to move I told him I was still in bed and I reminded him I had spoke to him the day before and he told me to leave that he doesn't want my kind there anyway meaning transgender I couldn't believe what I heard then he started threatening me if I didn't hurry up and get out, I'm a member of big 4 and I have never been so disgusted in my life the way I was spoken to, I have spoken to others recently that have had the same issues with the same guy and rude staff, I would recommend stay elsewhere they obviously don't need ur business if that's how they treat U as a customer, that is 1 caravan park I will never ever go again under any circumstances I would rather stay on the side of the road any day, they have no idea how to run the business or how to speak to people with any sort of respect at all and the permanent people there are not real freandly my advice don't waste Ur money!! A holiday is about making fun memories and good times U won't b off to a good start as long as he's behind the counter I will b speaking to big 4 this should definitely not happen to anyone at anytime ever. I don't even rate this place at all and somthing should be done about this place and an his attitude my advice dont waste Ur time and money on this place U will know what I mean even when U call to even make a booking, good luck and all the best on ur next holiday adventure...

I don’t tolerate bad smells very well in a small cabin.

Stayed in one of the Oz pods and boy was that a sleepless night. We arrived later so our key was in the box, that was no worries and the other facilities were awesome looking. Clean toilets and an amazing games room, I had high hopes. But on arrival to our Oz pod the plot twisted. It was very warm and stuffy in there, and I found a wall of mosquitoes that must have come in when it was being cleaned. But that leads me to question was it even cleaned? My quilt cover certainly had not been changed. Up near my face it teamed with unpleasant smells consisting of strong men’s bio and smelly feet. This then made the cabin smell I utterly horrible similar to a long drop toilet and no I’m not talking about that nice cedar wood smell, rather the smell of human poo. I don’t know what went wrong with the previous stayer, did they shit themselves? Had they never been introduced to deodorant? Or maybe I’m being too harsh, and they were just a hardworking pig farmer stopping in for the night? The quilt had all of those answers. The mosquitoes continued finding their way in to harass me and the smells kept looming,...

2023 The location is beautiful. Good facilities for children such as water slide free Jumping castle free Playground free Ramp for bike or skaterboard or skate free Giant Chest free Mini mini golf to pay Gokart to pay Tennis And Pool free however in 8 days we found the pool open 3 days as always need a cleaning so I believe need a renovation. Last our day we had thinking girls can stay on a pool while we pack up guest what? Closed for cleaning again? We need money back as we used only 3 times the pool My children were upset for it Children activities: Movie night once a week (friday)why not twince ? Craft activities or others once a week Wi fi not good so slow need to be improved FEEDBACK OF 2017 Beautifull place for holidays Good area near beach shops city To improve: need more shed for people came with tent need to divide people with dogs and no as some childs can scare about and also the dog can be more free. Kids cinema awesone maybe every 3 days instead the week Pool is good but need more seat

We stayed in a glamping hut for 4 nights in January and absolutely loved it. The pools and playground are awesome, 5 year old was so happy (she didn’t go on the bouncy castle). The hut was awesome. Clean, comfortable and a good space for 3 of us. Recommend remembering to take cooking oil with you though for the bbq! We forgot. The en-suite bathroom was clean and great - I hadn’t realized it was detached from the tent but it was fine. Birds and critters can be noisy at night so keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The ceiling fan was great on hot nights. Camp amenities like bbq, fridge, laundry etc are really good. There isn’t many amenities nearby, but a supermarket etc 10 mins up the road is still fairly close. The camp ground is fairly small so it’s not super packed or rowdy and the pool is quiet. The local beach is epic and it’s nice to be a bit isolated - totally recommend this holiday park, 100%

We stayed at Big 4 Port Willunga over Cup Weekend . The deluxe cabin was very spacious with a particularly large living area with very comfortable sofas . Modern bathroom with big shower The cabin was spotlessly clean with high quality linen and towels . Lovely big balcony area with table ,bbq facilities close by . Location was perfect for us ,close to lots of great wineries ,we had a day trip to the amazing Monarto Zoo and played golf ⛳️ at Mt Compass . Lots of lovely beaches close by . The kitchen was large ,but not as well appointed as other Big 4s I have stayed at unfortunately. No oven, only one sharp knife ,no bottle opener and limited utensils . It would have been useful to have had paper towel supplied ,particularly for cleaning the bbq. Despite this ,we would definitely stay here again .
