Stayed 3 nights in a superior cabin. Plenty of room for our family of 4, cabin could sleep 5. Large kitchen with dining table. Large balcony to enjoy warmer nights. Close to the pool ehixh was heated. Our cabin was the closest to the road so we got some noise from large machinery working on site opposite but they didn't work on weekend so we got some respite. Had a gorgeous pair of Curlews who were never far away from us. Fish n Chip van (Keddies) was onsite one night and was absolutely delicious, affordable, large serves and friendly service. Highly recommend them (menu in pics). Also had coffee from the cute coffee van the next morning, equally satisfying and recommended, very friendly barista. No washing machines in cabin, used the laundry, $5 per wash (standard cost at CPs). Beautifully clean park, would return in cabin or camp site.

Very clean and tidy park, no problems with check in and a pretty good location near Atherton. Close to the main road, but little or no undue noise in our spot. Our only complaint was the quality of the mattresses in the Ensuite Cabin that we booked for 3 adults. They were very, very soft and had little shape at all, both in the queen bed, and the bunk bed. These cabins are advertised as being for 4 people, but that would be a very cosy experience for anything more than 1 night. The bedroom is only just big enough for the queen bed with barely enough room to access the bed. The open plan drawing shown on the website is not at all indicative of the space available, the red line is more accurate. I would suggest a larger cabin if you have more than 2 adults and are staying for a few nights.

I was at this park recently and really enjoyed my stay.|Delightful entrance with masses of colourful plants was a good start. Nice friendly greeting at reception by Janine, one half of the managers. As I had registered and paid online, check-in was a breeze. Given a park map, a Tablelands area map and an informative list of suggested local/day trips.|Shawn, the other half of the managers, showed me to my powered site on his electric bike and helped me get my caravan in the right spot beside the slab. Pointed out all the park stuff I might use. Very friendly and informative guy. And he remembered my name each time he saw me in the park. I haven’t experienced that very much in all my years of travelling.|The sealed park roads are not in a boring grid like so many other parks but wander here and there. Lots of trees and the park is surrounded on three sides by natural bushland. Delightful.|Lovely gardens between sites and each site have their own small garbage bin. Very handy.|Excellent modern amenities and wonderful laundry with new looking grey washers and dryers. Looked really cool. And there was an iron and ironing board with a clean ironing board cover. Don’t see that at so many parks.|I noticed the park is pet friendly, there’s plenty of cabins and villas, a pool, camp kitchen, BBQ areas and a small kids play area. There are unpowered sites too.|Some permanents but they are all nicely camouflaged behind dark green screening material. All neat and tidy. First time I’ve ever seen that in a park.|It’s just a couple of clicks to the Atherton CBD with Woolworths, IGA, Bunnings, a couple of pubs, a Bowls Club and of course restaurants and coffee shops. |The café at the old railway station is definitely worth a visit. Still some carriages on the track that you can sit in as part of the café. It’s a well-maintained nice relic of Atherton’s past. I found it very handy to the tourist park for morning tea and a cake as it’s just up the road.|There’s a decent size creek pond there too with a timber deck viewing area. I saw lots of cute turtles and I was told a couple of platypuses were lurking, but never saw them. |Will try and get back to this excellent NRMA park down the track some time.|Highly...

This stay very disappointed. We are a family of 7, 2 adults, 5 kids new to the area. We have spent 2 months doing all we can to find a house for our family. Decided to stay again at the big 4 as we had stayed when we first arrived and had a welcoming experience. We stayed for a couple of days then decided to extend our stay for a week but ended up leaving after we were told that the cleaners complained about the camp kitchen even though we cleaned up every time and even though there are more families staying that left McDonalds lying around. We also got told if they see our (well behaved) dog not tied up we had to leave. As we were packing another persons dog came running up to ours and as our dog was tied up she almost knocked two of our kids down in an attempt to play with other dog. We will not be recommending visiting family to this place when they come visit for a few weeks. The staff in charge also rang a previous caravan park we stayed at questioning them about us. (What's that about) we felt very uncomfortable and are quite happy to have found a family friendly...

This park delivers everything!|From the driveway you have a generously sized pulling bay to park your car and van to be greeted by the friendly staff. Who will then personally escort you to your booked site (talk about service). Then they will help you park your rig (ladies no need to get out and help hubby back into a spot especially if it's raining). The park is very well maintained. Beautiful gardens and pathways. ||The park offers a heated pool with a shallow area for children and a waterfall and if you sit under it beautiful warm water. The pool area is flanked by an activity playground for the children and a balaniese inspired BBQ area for the adults.||The camp kitchen is huge! And has amazing rustic verandah with barrel tables and fairylights to help add to the ambiance. ||They staff have amazing and insightful local knowledge to help with your stay.||10/10 would recommend.||We'll be...
