A little piece of paradise! We absolutely loved our stay at the Callemondah Studio set in the beautiful hinterland region of Byron Bay. Nestled away on a picturesque macadamia farm this self contained accomodation gives you the feeling of 'being away from it all' yet is just a short drive away from beautiful walks and waterfalls of the National Parks in the region and the fabulous shops and cafes of Bangalow, Newrybar and Byron. The place is lovingly presented with everything you need to self-cater and Perri and Tim are really friendly hosts who are happy to leave you be but on hand if you need anything or suggestions of places to visit etc. The added bonus to this little gem is the use of the sauna which is literally right on the door step! We had a memorable night ducking in and out of the sauna, drinking wine and looking out to the stars from our deck ..topped off by a great night's sleep in the comfy bed…paradise! Wonderful!!! I would like to thank Perri & Tim (and Cheeky the friendly welcoming dog) for a wonderful ‘stop & breathe, battery charge’ experience. The location is stunning. The Cottage is delightful, very comfortable with all amenities, and private. We loved the sauna. Perri & Tim are lovely welcoming hosts.

The drinks & cheese we brought we had on the deck at sunset looking across the green valley into the hills beyond 🥰, glorious. We also enjoyed the lovely supplied continental breakfast on the deck at sunrise as mist rolled down the valley 😍just beautiful. With Newrybar and Bangalow up the road, and Byron Bay 15 minutes away we were spoilt for choice of things to discover, shopping, eateries, restaurants and bakeries. Perri thought of everything to make our stay so very comfortable and pleasant. We shall certainly be enjoying the experience of this beautiful retreat again...

What a wonderful way to spend our last night of holidays. From the moment we drove to this beautiful accommodation we knew we had found somewhere special. Everything you need & more is provided. A delicious breakfast was provided & we really enjoyed the home made honey & all the unexpected treats. We loved sitting out on the deck, taking in the beautiful sunset & sounds of the native birds & kookaburras singing. Unfortunately we didn't meet Perri & Tim however appreciated their prompt communication & instructions on how to find this hidden gem.
