Bega South Town Motor Inn — Hotel in Bega

Very very very disappointing . Very bad cleanliness and poor hygiene . We visited on Christmas time we booked room online pay 250$ per night we are family with 5 year old kid . We checked in afternoon and just went to the beach after came back at night time we found big spider in our room we were very scared when we complained about manager at night he just angry on us he said why you disturbing them on night time ??? Like seriously does we paid 250$ for slept with spider even manager has no manners how to talk and behave with lady customer even whole scenario repeat on morning with the owner and she clearly told us thats our mistake we had to check each and every corner of the room while checking she just insulting us and angry on us no respect at all to the customer so no point to told anything to her so my trip was ruined and totally worthless and pathetic place...

On our drive down over the Christmas holiday period, we were two couples, who booked over a month prior for two separate double rooms. Upon arrival the owner informed us that he "somehow" overbooked the Inn and only had one triple room available- meaning we all had to stay in the same room. No prior phone calls were made to let us know, we were only told on arrival after having driven all the way from Sydney, and of course, with nowhere else to stay being the busiest time of year- we had no choice.||We were still made to pay for the single room, and we did not feel as if any efforts were made to "make up" for this mistake at all. We stayed here for two nights recently, both warm days and the pool was so nice to come back to each afternoon. You couldn't wish for nicer hosts; who obviously take alot of pride in the presentation of both the rooms and the property in general. What a lovely experience, we will be back and recommending to friends visiting the area.
