Bellbrae Country Club — Hotel in Bellbrae

Great place to stay. My Wife and I stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed the Country Club experience.

Plenty to do, the main reception is welcoming and open. The bar looks great,  there's a pinball machine, board games, cards,  professional dart board, tennis court, mini golf, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, entire games room, BBQ Areas, and of course all the wonderful animals.

We had breakfast at the Country Club twice, one day was all you can eat big breakfast and pancakes. Food was great, nice people to have conversations with. Just remember to book in!

First impressions of the room were nice and clean, fresh country air blowing inside. Now down to a few things that stood out for me; Air Conditioning works well, free super fast StarLink internet, block-out blinds, fans in the bedrooms. The Layout is spacious and offers a large kitchen, full size dining table, two pull-out beds and then topped with a brand new 55" Google TV. We had the perfect view of the uphill rooms/area at the very back corner of the property, where we had all sorts of animals come to the fence that are friendly.

I took a Gaming Laptop and was playing CS2 whilst watching the sun light up outside every morning. Beautiful Place. You can really relax and unwind. Bellbrae Country Club takes the award.

The closest Beach is only a 10 minutes drive, and it's beautiful to see all the beaches in the area, which made up for the long walks and sweating.

We both really enjoyed our stay at Bellbrae Country Club, we will definitely be back in the future. I personally prefer the Country Club over a Beach view apartment.

We have just had a week at the Bellbrae Country Club, it was very enjoyable.||We were in a two bedroom two bathroom unit , the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals.||There was a big TV in the living area and one in each bedroom.||Beds were comfortable, free wifi worked well. We had a nice deck out the front with outdoor furniture, very nice place to sit and relax.||The unit had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, just like being at home .||We used the indoor pool, spa $ sauna each late afternoon, very enjoyable.||There is a gym and kids playroom in the same building.||The resort is well maintained inside and out, gardens are neat with great play areas for kids. There are also fire pits and barbecues around the complex.||The Club is in a bush setting with a farm theme that kids would love, lots of beautiful birds, emus,horses, goats, sheep, pigs and they have organised feeding time, kids must love that.||One morning we paid and joined the big breakfast, great value, lots of choice and plenty to eat.||Another morning they had a pancake breakfast, we didn’t do that but I bet that was nice too.||From the Club it is only a short drive to Torquay, Anglesea, Aireys Inlet, nice towns to visit and between Bellbrae and Anglesea there is a fantastic chocolate factory.||We stayed here about 7 years ago and liked it then , it has only gotten better with good people...

We've stayed here several times before, and it's members only. The accommodation is generally pretty good, although there's a few demerits for the rock-hard couches which also have folding beds. Heating, particularly in winter needs help because the split-system can't pump out enough heat to counter what seeps out of the wall of windows. I was very disappointed that the light fitting in the ensuite bathroom wasn't working when we got there and was never fixed despite repeated requests that it be done. The swimming pool is not large but the water is crystal-clear, and there are also a few exercise bikes and similar machines. The resort is nicely spread out and peaceful. Overall it's a place I will happily return to time and time again, because it's clean, the beds are good, and the Surf Coast is a gorgeous area - not quite a gourmet's paradise but with sufficient great places to eat and of great variety, that it all combines to make a...
