Bon Villas Bed and Breakfast Bonville — Hotel in Bonville

My wife and I regularly drive from Sydney to the Gold Coast and use Bonville as our half way stop on our way there and back. We are so glad we cam across this true gem of a property. We stay in Bridge Cottage which is a fully self contained cottage a bout 10 meters from the main house. The cottage has ceiling fans, air conditioning and is always spotlessly clean. The full size fridge is great for us to store our cold snacks for the journey and the bed is a wonderfully comfy king size bed. Ron (the self appointed "Mayor of Bonville") and Cath are perfect hosts. It is obvious from the outset that Ron and Cath love what they do from the cheery greeting to the wonderful cooked brekky that always arrives hot, plentiful and on time. The gardens are beautiful and lovely just to stroll around. Ron makes some great preserves from the fruits grown in the garden. The Foxtel is the best package available and the 50 inch Samsung TV is great to watch while laying in bed or relaxing on the lounge. We are pretty anal about cleanliness and having good beds - Bonville lodge certainly does not disappoint. We will continue to use Bonville Lodge Bed and Breakfast as our half way stop and look forward to many more stays with Ron and Cath. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks - David...

NEW OWNERS Gavin and Mark and their awesome puppy Bronson welcomed us like old friends! Smiles, accomodating, generous and offers to assist with anything to make our stay better.

The property is remarkable. Hen house chickens and wild lorikeets seemed at home here. Lush gardens and veggies. We were given lemons, limes and mandarins from their trees that were very juicy and flavoursome.

The room was huge! Very modern and equipped well. I over the starlink service or internet. We also had access to Stan and Netflix. Movies were not finished as the team brought in a roast chicken, salad and chips. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Tasted sensational. A food coma as imminent.

I saw we could order beer or wine and good wine too, Barossa Valley Shiraz etc

On opening the fridge there was a breakfast plate of mushrooms, sausages,eggs and bacon and tomatoes with fresh bread to cook with milk and fresh orange juice.

We are sold as this is our go to place whenver near Coffs Harbour. With the above, was secure parking for our trailer and just a nice feel. We cannot recommend these guys...

Bonville Lodge Bed and Breakfast is our halfway stop on all our trips to Qld from Sydney. The hospitality from Ron and Cathy is always superb and the room is always clean comfortable and incredibly spacious. On our most recent trip this week Ron provided us with the most wonderful dinner. I had a dozen local oysters cooked mornay style (yummmmmm!!) followed up by a perfectly cooked angus sirloin steak. My wife had a "moonfish" - we have never eaten moonfish before and it was absolutely delicious - Ron sure can cook so make sure you don't waste time going out for dinner - eat in and enjoy it with a nice bottle of wine (byo of course) and avoid the...
