Black Sheep Inn — Hotel in Borenore

Our group of five couples stayed for three nights at Black Sheep Inn - our third visit, to add to family visits over a number of years - and we have never been anything but completely happy with our stay there.||The converted woodshed accommodation is superb - great decor, spaces and atmosphere, very well appointed, furnished and equipped, comfortable, impeccably clean and well maintained and with wonderful views over the surrounding rolling countryside. There is also a large covered verandah with a bbq and the same beautiful views. Bedrooms are spacious and each has a very adequate en suite bathroom with toiletries supplied. The kitchen is very well equipped and the breakfast supplies are delicious and generous. And all this only a short 10 minute drive from Orange!||Our hostess, Helen, was as usual, delightful, anxious to make our stay comfortable and happy to provide advice about local restaurants and attractions.||I thoroughly recommend Black Sheep inn, particularly for a group who can occupy the...

We booked all rooms at Black Sheep Inn (5 bedrooms) and Whispering Moon Cottage (2 bedrooms) for a recent family birthday event. Lunch at nearby Swinging Bridge Winery, 2 nights accom at BSI and WMC hosted by the lovely Helen. We had a total of 13 people staying across the 2 properties (Whispering Moon Cottage is just 20-30 metres walk from BSI)

What a wonderful choice we made ! BSI is a stunning property - fabulously preserved elements of the original shearers shed, with 5 bedrooms (all with ensuite), several comfortable eclectic sitting areas, an outdoor BBQ and eating zone, a very functional kitchen facility for our needs (with thoughtful staples and basics provided) - everyone in our party commented what a wonderful experience BSI provided, perfect for our event. And excellent value for money too !

We cannot wait to return to BSI again for another family event soon - congratulations to Helen and her family for offering this...
