Broke Estate - Glamping, Accommodation and Wine — Hotel in Broke

The BEST weekend in the Hunter. The Cottage at Broke Estate is just gorgeous, heritage listed, beautifully decorated and feels cosy, like you're at home. Super comfy beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. Fireplace, air conditioning and wifi if you need it. BBQ and fire pit are fantastic, as are the beautiful dogs Bella and Baxter.

The setting is calm and relaxed, and feels very very real. Cows mooing in the morning and seeing hot air balloons land in the paddock!

Best of all are Bernadette and Max, the most fantastic hosts. They put so much care and attention into everything and really love the place. We enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them and their gorgeous property. Thanks for everything, you made our trip the best.

Favourite wine is the Broke Estate Barbera, soo good with our BBQ, followed by marshmallows on the fire pit. You can buy extra to take home, which we did, and now my wine rack is fully stocked.

The Broke Estate Cabin was even more amazing than advertised/pictured. This place was the perfect weekend get away with everything you could need at the cabin. Bernadette was super friendly, helpful and was always available for my many questions. She made our stay comfortable and easy. Bella and Baxter, the doggies, made out trip even better than we could imagine. They are the cutest dogs with the kindest behaviour, always nearby for a pat/company. The cabin itself was so rustic, romantic and spacious. It really made the stay so cosy. It was so well decorated and everything was clean and perfect. We will definitely stay here...

The perfect weekend getaway. We were greeted by Baxter and Bella the friendly border collies who than left us to our own devices. The cottage was warm and inviting on a cold winters day - Bernadette stoked the fireplace before our arrival. The bedrooms were lovely and bathrooms clean and stocked with soaps and towels. Located just a few minutes outside of Broke itself. We highly recommend visiting Margan Winery for a fabulous lunch time degustation after a tour around the winery.
