Bung Bong Hill Cottage — Hotel in Bung Bong

BRILLIANT place to stay, I absolutely love it here. My Mum and I stayed here for a week in 2021 for a crafting holiday - scrapbooking, crochet, other needlework - and we had a wonderful time. The house has everything you could need, and is very comfortable. Our prerequisites were to have a table big enough for both of us to scrapbook on, and comfortable couches for evening crafting and it ticked both of those boxes and so much more. We are excited to make this a yearly expedition. We were greeted with beautiful sunset displays, some stunning sunshine (despite being winter) and morning visitors in the form of kangaroos, all sorts of wonderful bird life, and just a stunning property to be at. Close enough to Maryborough which holds some great drawcards, and some fun countryside to discover on backroads (which we explored for family history purposes). 10/10, can’t wait for our trip...

This is a top place to get away from everything & chill out. The house is meticulously clean, comfortable & well equiped. We went for a couple of nights with friends & enjoyed our time, having a BBQ on the deck while gazing over the far away hills. John, the owner is very happy to help in any way.
