I stayed there for 2 night, surprise from my girlfriend. At first looking good place swimming pool, bbq, place to park, full equip kitchen with Hoven.... Just time to park and get told not to wash and clean car, no dust on the car park !!! Cold shower, first night taking middle of the night (can understand that is not hot), second day at 1pm still not hot (even if in the sink it's boiling water !!!) The second night went for dinner, when we came back we notice that someone entered the apartment.... (Always put something behind the door to see if someone enter) Last day planned to install my new awning (no dust at all), caretaker came to me telling me to stop doing it, that the owner doesn't approve it .... We didn't even went to the pool or bbq, too scare about doing something that can be charge against us (ref: read reviews about cleaning) After all of this I finally have answer about the price, 285$ for 2 nights that a steal and should be remove to rent for this So rude and poor quality !!! Definitely never coming back here, stressful and not relaxing environment...

Where do we start? From the pestering SMS about moving the car half a M forward. To the messy rooms and old bathrooms. Then when U leave them in a mess too they charge $300 for a room clean apparently. Negotiating with them currently about this but have stayed in 9 hotels in Broome and stay at least 10 a year. They ruined the feel of Broome. Every few months we look forward to returning but we will never stay there again. Very disappointed in the way it was handled too. Personally I think it's because of covid-19 that they actually have to clean the benches and floors. The state it was in when we arrived is what they said to leave it like. We even pulled of the bed sheets just incase they were going to try and reuse them for the next guests. We used our own blankets they were that bad. We have before photos and after now so will be taking the matter further. Really polite staff tho it doesn't make up for the state of the rooms and $300...
   Read moreMy daughter booked this at short notice and it was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we hadn’t booked a hire car and were unable to get one during our week long stay. We did use taxis but the manager (Paul) went over and above what would be expected by taking us into the main shopping area to stock up on groceries for our stay. This was greatly appreciated as we had a fully equipped kitchen to be able to prepare our own meals when not enjoying the numerous dining options in Chinatown and Cable Beach. ||The apartment was spacious with efficient aircon and ceiling fans. We spent time at the pool every day. It was well shaded, spotlessly clean and just the right temperature. Other family staying at a much more expensive resort in Cable Beach said their pool was in full sun as were the pool lounges and they couldn’t use it for very long! ||Paul also gave us a lift to the airport - nothing was too much trouble for him and he certainly looks after his guests.
