Absolutely loved our stay here, it is a perfect set up for families and I am so happy we found this resort, its secure, clean with stunning scenery and the pool, WOW, it was so beautiful and constantly naturally warm the kids would swim morning and afternoon daily, the manager Stephen was fantastic such a welcoming personality, always going out of his way to say hi, he never seemed to stop even on NYE he was still taking bins out and making sure the resort was always clean and as you can see by the photos it was always kept in a perfect presentable way it was just lovely, we arrived at midnight due to unexpected car trouble in Karratha and Stephen went out of his way to check us in at midnight, he took the time to quickly point out the breakfast area (breakfast daily was included which was amazing, cereal, toast, fruit, the list goes on it was great) Stephen even waited to help us with our luggage and help us get into our room even though it was now past midnight, the room was a perfect set up full kitchen, great air con which was already running ready for us to enter a nice cool room after a very long day and drive from Perth, plenty of bedding for a family of 6 which is so hard to come by so we were very happy with our accommodation, we really enjoyed our time here and loved how private and secure it is, its in a great location as well only minutes to cable beach, just down the road from the shops and the markets/ china town, Thankyou Stephen for making our stay memorable, we hope to see you again one day whether it be in Broome, Darwin or Perth 🙏🙏🙏🐫🐫🐫🌞🌞🌞

I would place Broom Time Resort as a solid 3.5 to 4 budget hotel option. Located close-ish to the airport, with an airport pickup available at extra cost. Friendly and efficient staff, night manager available for after hours checkin. The rooms are very basic, but include a small kitchenette with microwave. Everything was clean and worked if a little worn and tired. Walking distance to Boulevard Shopping Centre with a Woolworths and bottle shop (there are alcohol sale restrictions in The Kimberley). Morning continental breakfast was nothing special, but there was plenty of it and the self serve coffee machine was not bad. Broome is not big so we managed to walk to most places. There is a handy bus stop outside the hotel with buses running every hour. All up as a budget stay, and accomodation in Broome is pricey, it was OK for us.

Stayed for 12 days, (king studio) first impressions, nice ground room leading onto a quite garden. Spacey room with good amenities, quite air con. Bathroom needs to be modernised and better cleaned, one very annoying feature.... No power points reachable from the bedside and no reachable nightlight either, which I personally find a bit of a "bummer!" My experience with the BBQ's ☹️ was also a bit disappointing, not even the staff colud help & didn't know how to operate them and with no instructions or cleaning equipment, no where to be found ..... Becarefull ....both BBQ's have a hidden gas valve ... Only 4 sunbeds by the pool. On the positive, very friendly staff and makes you feel very welcome 😁 would I stay again...yes😀

It is with some trepidation that I post this review given the aggressive and downright nasty responses that any vaguely negative comments provoke from the management. All I can do is write what I experienced.

As others have said the rooms are OK, if a little weary, and there are warnings about not leaving food out and disposing of rubbish to avoid bring in the ants (actually there are a few warnings posted in the room). The place and linen were clean and there was a microwave, fridge and a set of mismatched crockery and cutlery. Many guests enjoy the breakfast included in the price. We poked our nose in and chose not to - there are plenty of nice cafes in Broome.

Service ranged from friendly and helpful to inept and rude. When I rang the day before to confirm our check-in we were offered the hotel ride service which we accepted. No further instructions were given. On arrival we walked to the exit, couldn't find the van and over the next half hour made 3 phone calls to the hotel being told each time it was coming to pick people up - apparently it was, just not us as we weren't standing at the hotel desk in the terminal. The driver was curt and defensive, "I've been here all the time," so we resisted pointing out that he had our names and access to our phone number and could easily have located us.

When we got to our room our safe was locked so we had to call reception. Someone quickly came up to our room to unlock it where we found the instructions locked inside ( I have to admit I kinda like the wackiness of that). It still didn't work.

If this was a moderately priced motel it would deserve three to three and a half stars. In high season it is anything but at well over $200 for a room, but, as management delights in telling people, there aren't many other places to go in Broome. This motel does the job, but a better attitude all round (and especially from whoever responds to these posts!) rather than just a few kind staff would improve the experience of staying in this...

We opted to stay at Broome Time Resort as our travelling family were to be in Broome at the same time. We liked the location half way between Cable Beach and "old Town" (including Chinatown). The Broome Explorer Bus stops were just outside the property and this service was generally reliable (sometimes a little late) but cost effective. We booked a couple of tours privately and all operators knew of our location for pickup and dropoff. Now just before travelling I had a fall with extensive bruising and no strength on one side. I realised upon checking in that I hadn't booked a downstairs room and we were located at the far right of the property (water feature- a storm drain in the wet)- far away from the Resort Pool!. The staff explained that they were fully booked and no changes were possible. They did offer and helped carry our luggage to the rooms as I didn't feel comfortable on the stairs. The Resort Bus transfers to and from the airport were reasonable in my view, co-ordination of Public Transport transfers and walking distance from the set down stop, simply wouldn't work for us. Our king size room was clean and comfortable with good air con although to be honest we didn't always use the air conditioner. Some of the fitout was tired (laminex/wrap on cupdoard drawers and door was lifting) but serviceable. The continental breakfast provided each day was great, and the pancake machine an added delight. BBQ's were clean and maintained. We reported an issue with the door lock mechanism and this was immediately attended to (batteries failed). Security staff were also supported by external cameras to protect the site. Overall staff were welcoming and very friendly. A big shoutout to P'ter (Peter) and the other staff (sorry I don't recalll names) who made our stay most...
