Hogwash Bend Conservation Park — Hotel in Cadell

This, place is AWESOME! Although, not sure if only happening now due to the recent floods? There, is an old man which will come down and, " WARN YOU THAT HE WILL CALL THE POLUCE IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE IMMEDIATELY? HE, WILL TELL YOU HOGWASH BEND IS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER? The, ploice attended while we were there 2wks ago but said and did nothing? They also came down this weekend gone but did nothing? We, were told by the old man that there were huge blocks on the road? There was nothing blocking the road? So, i would just ignore him as we all did as he warned everyone there not just our group ? When we got there, we found a group already camped at a site. So, we found a site and unpacked for the overnight stay.7 ppl, 4 separate cars, 4 YAKS and one dog all set. Water, was still a bit high but nothing to be concerned about ? Beautiful scenery, tranquility and overall great place, lots of areas to explore, marked trail, not too far from Cadell township. Within, reach of Morgan ferry service , heaps of carp fun and plenty...
