Kerry & Pete were incredible hosts for our Wedding at the Fernery. From first meeting, we were warmly welcomed to what is a stunning hidden gem on the NSW mid-north coast, and our minds put at ease with planning a wedding within 12 months. ||The Fernery is perfectly setup with gorgeous gardens and facilities, which worked seamlessly with the caterers and gave the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding with so many amazing nooks and places for our guests to mingle. Despite wet weather in the few days prior, Pete prepared the grounds to ensure our guests had dry feet, and the dress preserved for an outdoor ceremony in their 'green cathedral'. ||The treehouses are built with no detail overlooked, incredibly comfortable and cozy, with gorgeous wood fires for a romantic night in after the excitement of our day. ||We will be back, and are so grateful to our amazing hosts. The outlook from the treehouse was the ever changing colours of the forest, and the bird life was abundant.|However, we were a short walk from the town of Laurieton, and many lovely walks and spectacular scenery.|Our hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming, sharing coffee and conversation with us each morning of our visit, and going out of their way to make our stay special. Their dedication to preserving their little piece of paradise is exemplary, taking eco-tourism to a new level in the way the land is managed, the use of rainwater and the selection of soaps and other products used.
