Belkampar Retreat — Hotel in Hume

The famous line from the Castle, "we're going to Bonnie Doon!" And what an amazing time we had at Belkamper. The photos unbelievably undersell how fantastic this property is, very spacious and well zoned for big family get togethers. We had a roaring weekend with the weather so didn't get to use the fireplace but can only imagine how lovely it would be. Our stay at Belkampar was so magical! The house is very spacious and was perfect for eight of us with multiple places to gather and relax. We had a wonderful little outting on the lake in the little boat, and couldn’t stop stepping back to enjoy the views. We spent the whole time at the house working on a project, and feel very grateful to have had this beautiful space here to come together, think, and enjoy some great meals! One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in the Victorian high country. We were a very large group of families that wanted space to spread out and relax over the summer period. The house provided all the needed amenities plus more and I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the garden was. The hosts allowed us to pick the fresh tomatoes, cucumber, lemons, and herbs to make meals for the stay. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone that's wanting to experience a true, authentic country...
