Bright Resort — Hotel in Hume

Has sauna, spa, covered heated pool, well equipped games room. There's a small pool table, air hockey, table tennis and pin balls in the games room which is popular for adults and kids. There is a separate adult room if you want a kid free chill out zone. There's also stacks of DVDs and books.

Well equipped units with modern appliances. Very clean and well maintained. Reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the unit warm in winter and cool in summer. Car porch for one car. There were tennis courts as well as play grounds. Lovely landscaping. It has improved over the years.

Great location for a lovely holiday surrounded by mountains and close to supermarket and main town centre.

Update: There is now no separate adult lounge but in its place is a streamlined space which opens up the space in the games room and a very nice outdoor decked area next...

The Bright resort is everything we’ve hoped for. Gorgeous friendly hosts David, Shana and their young family. Love the well kept gardens and pathways, lots of roses to keep me happy. Best of all was the hot spa, I used it everyday. The resort is conveniently located close to town. The town has a Woolies, and many shops. We could find everything we needed and more. People are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the walks along the river, in particular Cherry Walk. We enjoyed driving up to Mt Buffalo for the view at sunrise and sunset. We went up four times: three sunrise and 1 sunset. I stayed here as a part of timeshare. Kate and John provided supreme service with neat and tidy units. I was suprised by the superb cate they provide as was appreciative of Kate guiding us to the deer Park even thought we were the only participants. As well as telling me where the trout hide in bright only to help me catch 4 trout. Mystic mtb park within riding distance, town centre and woolies also very close. The Sunday breakfast was delightful. Ultimately, an overall premium experience and would rate 10/10. Every single part of the resort is pristine and Kate and John deserve all of the praise. Would stay here again if I could and am really satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely recommend...
