Seriously horrendous in so many ways.... be WARNED, the dingoes are a LOT worse than authorities want known... packs, yes packs of up to 10 stalk you at night. They raid camping boxes and eat through eskies, tents, and storage tubs. It is beyond a joke.
It is not a safe place to camp in tents. Rooftop tent with ute back "tourer" style set ups only safe option here.
Added to the FACT that despite the awesome "ideal" of camping on the beach, hoping to see the waves, there is in fact a swampy bushy wasteland blocking views from the campsites.
And, despite what another reviewer has written, there are NO HOT showers here... you have to use the hot showers at the other waddy point camp area (it has a dingo fence around it) and you have to pay $2 for 3 minutes to have a barely luke warm...
