AVOID AT ALL COSTS! No good at all. We booked a cabin and got a small site filled with mold on the roof, faulty electrical works, and faulty lights, etc. Most staff were understanding and were willing to help spray some of the spiders that were under the blankets in the beds. Utilities were inadequate. Only one of the female toilets door closed and the other didn't flush properly. Nothing was clean. Absolutely disgusting place. We were placed in the pamelia, which we later found out was where they put the pickers and fishermen. When we went to get a refund, after not sleeping in the cabin for the night and rather sleeping outside, we found out that the employees were not meant to book anyone who is not a fisherman or picker into this specific cabin, due to the condition. The mold alone was dangerous and disgusting, just one of the many reasons why we didn't sleep inside the cabin, especially with kids around. Not only was the site astonishingly disgusting, but the manager tried to justify the problems, making the matter worse for the place. The way the manager tried to justify the problems, made it sound like he was trying to state that the site was acceptable for living, even with kids staying there too. The mattresses were falling apart as well. Not only that but it would be nice if they were replaced after the floods. Instead they were dried out and placed back into the rooms. Pillows are the same brown from surviving the floods, and from being so old. Pillow cases are broken, with spiders all throughout. Spiders were EVERYWHERE! If you don't believe this review, please just ask one person in this town and even they will let you know to get out there quick smart. We also put up a review on the Facebook page for others to voice what happened only to get a rude reply from the owners, calling us names such as a mole, etc. I would definitely not recommend staying at this place!

We were charged $190 a night for a cabin with 2 people. All beds in the cabin could not be slept I'm. At 7 months pregnant all I needed was a clean comfortable, cool place to rest overnight. Myself and my partner could feel the springs in all the beds and sunk into each other. We had to pull our camp bed out and sleep on the floor. The shower amenities were so dirty I chose to not shower at all. The mould and hair in the drain made me physically ill. Not to mention the exposed wires right near the water. There is many much nicer places I have stopped and happily spent my money to support the local community of Canarvon as I pass through. This will not be one I return to. Unfortunately due to the bush fire and firies in town I could not secure a hotel room. You can get a much cleaner and comfortable room in Canarvon for $190 a night. Just prepare before you arrive. To the caravan park owners.. your park has alot of potential. Instead of ripping people blind and making them feel dirty and uncomfortable during their stay, show your park some love so we enjoy it and want to come back. I'm sure you will feel a little bit better about making your money the hard working honest way. ✌

We stayed here for a week. Two days into our stay, I asked for our room to be changed as I carry meds that need to stay chilled. The fridge door was not sealing, and I was worried about my meds. The rooms are infested with roaches. The bathroom smelled yucky and damp, which looks like it was leaking through the walls to the kitchen. The next room had a decent fridge, but the roaches were also staying there, too! The remote was not working for the TV. Morning coffee outside was a fight with ants. Pet friendly, which was great for my daughters dog. The rooms were clean.

My friend and I stayed here as they were helpful in allowing her dog to stay. The staff took a $50 bond for the dog....after seeing (and smelling) the unit , that is a joke!!|| We walked in and the mouldy, mousey smell hit us...even after opening the window and doors the smell stayed with us all night. Might I add a sleepless night.||The bathroom smell coming from the drains was just awful. There appeared to be mould on the entry wall. There was no bath mat.||Our unit had a glass door with sheer curtains, so all the other guests could see straight into our sleeping area, and to further add to our insecurity, the door would not lock.||A power point in the kitchen area was coming off the wall. The mouse droppings in the same area were very apparent. One mouse got stuck in the bin and spent a long time jumping about trying to get out in the early hours of the morning.||The bedspreads looked very dirty, but the sheets were good. We both didn't like the plastic covers on the pillows which made a loud crackly noise every time we moved.||We realise this is a country area with ongoing issues that bigger centres don't have....but the room we stayed in was embarrassingly bad and we would recommend steering very clear of this accomodation.||I would sleep in my vehicle to avoid...
