OMG "We where asked to remove this. The company obviously allows management to be rude and irate then when customers stand up to her they are the abusive ones." We stayed here on our way through to Ningaloo and found woman owner quite unpleasant, but park and amenities are clean. On our way back from ningaloo pulled in here at 9, again woman very unpleasant and said 30 people leaving at 10 come back in an hour, we drove through park to turn around to leave and almost half the park looked empty ?What is this woman's problem, does she want business, obviously not. I rang her (in office she said only worked there on phone manager/owner) and said what's going on you have plenty of places, she stated we nominated a bay, no we did not, we actually asked for very last row and that had one van belonging to a worker! The lies kept coming, which I pulled her up on, then she stated stressed, and offered us 2x free nights, to late, why would we come in now when treated by an owner/manager like this.!!!! Beware of Owner/manager she needs to get out before she destroys that park that is not a happy person to greet people, she didn't even greet us. We left Carnarvon..

OMG Igot irate just how she treated us prior, yes, but when the lies kept coming, which I will not tolerate, and abuse from her, I will not remove an honest review !!!!!! We stayed 2 weeks prior and NO HOT WATER, did we complain NO but your manager snapped our heads Off when...

Don't recommend at all. Family Cabin was far from Big4 standards they should be ashamed of themselves. The steps leading up to the deck were breaking and you wouldn't want to lean on the rails, or it may have fallen over. The room was rundown beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The sofa wasn't even a sofa it was made of plastic, and it was hard as a rock. The shower was either hot or cold no in-between and I could have peed faster than the water came out the showerhead that it looked like came out of the sixties. Curtain rod in the bathroom/toilet was rusty there was gunk in the sink I couldn't get off, the shower was slippery, and it felt like it was on a lean. the tiny bar fridge/freezer didn't keep ice blocks frozen as it had no door on the freezer bit. We left early because we couldn't handle it any longer. We paid a lot of money to stay there, I feel our money would have been better spent somewhere else. The pictures on the website are not the same as what we were greeted with. I'm not a Karen, I'm just really disappointed, you work hard for your money, you save up for a holiday to be let down, it certainly put a damper on our holiday...

23/08/25 Still silence. Big 4 is a collective, not a business and consequently there is zero accountability. AVOID THIS PARK IF ANOTHER HAS SPACE

26/06/25 Update Nothing has changed. In spite of all the right noises this business continues to unreasonably withhold refunds unethically obtained and should be avoided unless you are ok with throwing your hard earned dollars down the drain!

This park should be avoided. Its obviously corporate greed that keeps Big4 aligned with this unethical business who’s feedback to other complaints is nothing more that lip service and excuses

The online payment system failed with an error message. It wasn't until we had checked into another location with wifi; having driven past and decided to stay elsewhere; that we discovered the payment had actually been taken. In spite of a direct approach and through Big4 the money was never refunded. Big4 need to remove their brand from this location or make good on a...

What a complete disgrace! How this can be called a BIG4 I don’t know. The caravan park is run down Looks like no maintenance has been down to the park in the last 20years.. Booked online thinking being a big 4 it would be good. Toilets very old most of the toilets and showers were broken and closed for repairs. I have stayed at better road sides. At $45 for 2 adults was a joke for how run down the park is. Come on! I understan, you don’t need to have new ablutions but doesn’t take much to cut the lawn and make the park look like it’s open and not closed down. Only didn’t move as we had 2 sites booked and paid for. If I could have got my money back and moved I would have. Didn’t feel safe at all staying here.. Definitely don’t stay here

Reasonably sized caravan park in Carnarvon near the main intersection and closest to the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum. Very good facilities. Time and Cost: No apparent time limit, $34 per person per night unpowered. Access: Sealed access off highway into Carnarvon. Facilities: Flat grass base marked sites (some with concrete base), with some shade. Facilities include very clean flushing toilets, showers, bins, dump point, laundry, swimming pool and potable water. Excellent Telstra and Optus reception but no TV. Ambiance: Quiet shaded setting. Not busy during my visit. Perfect for an overnight stopover while buying groceries and re-fuelling. Carnarvon doesn't have many attractions but the Space Museum is worth a visit.

We had a great stay here. We were only meant to stay 5 nights and it ended up being nearly 3 weeks for work. Ketut was great. It was no bother to her every time I called her to the office to extend our stay. Really good service with a nice chat and a smile. The showers here are the best we have come across in a caravan park. Great pressure and good, hot water. Location is great. 5kms to the city centre. A fully stocked Ampol is next door and an IGA just down the road with a roadside stall in between. A lovely, peaceful park with a nice backdrop of the plantation. I highly recommend staying here.
