Nurture Creek is a beautiful, serene piece of paradise in the hills of Monbulk. We spent a relaxing four days here and can not speak highly enough of our stay. We chose the 'whole experience' package and it was fantastic. The children thoroughly enjoyed helping with the animals and learning all about them. Bek is amazing and her skills in animal-assisted learning greatly added to our experience. The children were able to feed the chickens, groom the horses, give belly rubs to the pigs, and much more. The farm is on the edge of a beautiful creek and it's a lovely walk and a great place for a picnic lunch. A highlight of our stay was going on a night walk in the bush with Bek... listening out for wallabies, exploring an old abandoned wombat burrow, star gazing in the paddocks. Everyone had their favourite animal at the farm who we still miss! (Indy, Cedric, Wilbur!) The animals are all treated with the greatest of respect and care. Thank you Bek for an amazing experience. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic weekend away at Nurture Creek. Bek and Adam are amazing hosts. My daughter (5) loved getting to know and learn about all the friendly animals and farm life. Initially, we were supposed to visit them in November but my parents, who were visiting us from India, had change in plans. I requested Bek to change the booking to February, and she was more than happy to accommodate this request. Thank you for that. My parents would have definitely missed this wonderful experience. Me, my wife & daughter have stayed and visited many farms, but this experience was by far the best. Not to mention that you both were very generous with your time for us, and thank you, Adam, for being so patient with my daughter when feeding the animals. We definitely recommend staying at Nurture Creek, and we hope to see you again soon. P.S: Bek, thanks again for sharing the tofu burger recipe. It's going to top the favourites list, for sure.

We’ve just got home from six amazing days at Nurture Creek and the kids are already asking when they can go back! The cottage is beautifully renovated and was perfect for us with our three kids (9, 7 and 5 years old). It is modern and has everything you need. There was a great selection of games, pencils and colouring in sheets and information about the farm and local area. There is so much to do both on the farm and in the surrounding area. We all loved the animals; they are very friendly and let us pat and feed them. A highlight was collecting the chickens eggs every day and using the dinner bell to get the horses and cows to come. Bek, Adam, Lachie and Charli were all very friendly and welcoming. They were very patient with the kids and answered all their (never-ending) questions. We would definitely recommend a stay at Nurture Creek. Thanks so much for having us.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nurture Creek, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. Hailing from the bustling city of Singapore, the farm stay was a breath of fresh air – literally and figuratively. If you're looking for a getaway that lets you escape the concrete jungle and immerse yourself in nature's beauty, Nurture Creek is the perfect destination.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lush green surroundings and the serene atmosphere.

What truly made our stay memorable was the opportunity to introduce our child to a completely different environment. He was able to explore and learn about the natural world around them, and it was heartwarming to see them connect with nature in such a meaningful way. Nurture Creek provided an educational yet fun experience that we know our boy will cherish for years to come.

One of the highlights of our stay was getting to know Indy, the charming resident pet dog. Her soulful eyes and welcoming demeanor instantly won us over. We miss her dearly, and her disappointed look as we were about to leave left us with a heavy heart. Indy added an extra layer of warmth and companionship to our stay.

As for the cottage, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and well-equipped. It was evident that the hosts paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage was not just a place to sleep; it was a home away from home.

In conclusion, Nurture Creek is a hidden gem for families seeking an escape from the urban hustle and bustle. The experiences we had as a family during our stay will undoubtedly stay with us for a long time. If you're looking for a wholesome, nature-filled adventure, I highly recommend Nurture Creek. It's a place where you can reconnect with nature, create lasting memories with your loved ones, and experience the warm hospitality of the hosts. We can't wait to return to this tranquil paradise...

Loved this place!! Just bring an open mind to try something different.

As a small business owner i make it a priority to get away for a few days to just rest & recharge as i find myself becoming overwhelmed with the business of life itself. I tend to choose resorts with swimming pools as it sounds wonderful, this time I wanted to try something different a different scenery. I stayed in the gorgeous & cosy log cabin as it reminded me of the movie Calamity Jane !! I chose Nurture Creek as it offered the ability for me to choose how i wanted to spend those 2 days. Meals weren't a problem, cooking in the outside kitchen was lovely while watching the animals do their thing. Shops are only a 5 minute drive, had no interested in going, however found the trail walk at sunset such a lovely experience. Adam was more than accommodating getting the fire started for me, while Bek made sure i was always comfortable and available if i needed anything. A warm cosy fireplace with a book in tow in the evenings is exactly what i needed plus peace & quiet. I definitely recommend this place for anyone just needing to get away for a few days whether you want to plan your next goals for your business or even just just to get your priorities in order this place is definitely a home away from home experience. Cosy, comfortable & relaxing. It doesn't always have to be a busy resort with a swimming pool.

As Arnie would say I'll be back 😊

Thank you Nurture Creek for a memorable...

My partner and I had the most relaxing and soul-nourishing experience staying at this beautiful farm. The log cabin was incredibly comfortable and cosy—thoughtfully equipped with all the basics you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights was the spacious, wonderfully built toilet with a view of the paddocks, it added such a serene and grounding touch.

What made this visit truly unforgettable was the time spent with the animals. The connections we made with them were incredibly special. Trixie the sheep had such personality, Cedric the horse was a gentle giant whom we got to bond with, felt surreal. Clancy the cow with kind and curious eyes, and Willow and Indy—the sweetest farm dogs—felt like they were the best friends to every animal there. The way they all interacted spoke volumes about the love, patience, and care poured into them by Bek and her family.

Bek’s deep knowledge and passion for the farm and nature were infectious. I loved engaging in all the trivia and learning more about the land, the animals, and the beautiful balance they’ve created.

Not forgetting the adventure picnic with clues, that led to a breathtaking hilltop picnic. Wholesome, fun, and full of wonder.

This wasn’t just a stay—it was a genuine experience of peace, connection, and warmth. I left feeling deeply recharged and grateful. Highly recommended to anyone looking to unplug and reconnect with nature...
