Absolutely disgusted with our very old ensuite caravan site 6.The smell from the blocked up drain was so overbearing to say the least, full of hair, possibly pet hair, and had not been cleaned for who knows how long? |We had it looked at, which should have NOT been necessary, but with little improvement, and I have to question the ability/lack of, of both the cleaners, and, the lack of care taken by the owners to ensure that the upkeep is up to a standard.|The health authorities would have a 'field day', rendered it NOT SUITABLE to anyone's health, and I have no hesitation to contact the above persons to pass this on.|The picture on the website demonstrated both a clean and modern inviting ensuite, but ours was far from that, old rundown cupboards, torn floor coverings, the stinking drain, and at a cost of $60:00 per night, was certainly not worth the money expected. We are BIG 4 members, AND concession card holders, and to be treated to such sub standard accommodation was simply appalling to say the least.|ANYONE for that matter!|Having met some fellow caravanners with the intention to share some time in the camp kitchen was simply out of the question, the stench in there was absolutely putrid, to the point of "dry reaching' for us.|How the hell anyone can run a caravan park in such a rundown condition is definitely beyond belief, the owners need to take a good look 'outside the square'!|Good luck!|NOT A CHANCE IN HELL will we...

We spent 5 weeks at big 4 swan hill splash park. Absolutely magnificent, all the staff were exceptional but there was a few who really stood out to us, Michelle the manger so accommodating and obliging looked after us from day 1 with the best site in the park( number 31) always smiling and a good morning or hello when she went past 10/10 thank you, same as Kelly in the office always putting the guest first with little things like putting on air conditioner in units before the guest arrive or late arrivals putting the outside lights on , very courteous and friendly again 10/10.All the staff were very polite and courteous , Paul the groundsman would be one the most diligent hardest workers I’ve seen, he never stopped and his knowledge of the caravan park was incredible on top of everything he does he always had time for a wave or hello when he saw us 11/10. The grass in this caravan park is amazing considering most days the temp is well over 30 degrees the guys are constantly mowing and moving sprinklers truly a credit to the ground staff, every site is level and spacious, the splash park and pool are a god send from the heat and a pure delight for the kids. We can not speak highly enough of this big 4 and its incredible staff . 11/10 from us we will definitely back . Thank you , Ray ,...

We were put up here after being flooded out of our house. They are pet friendly if you ask in advance, so we were able to bring our dog too. The entrance road is a little rough with some potholes that need filling, but it's really nice once you're in. Our cabin has two rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two sets of bunks and the rooms are spacious. It has a kitchen with a decent fridge, stove and microwave. The laundry and shower room are combined and there is a small enclosed yard for the dog. The park has a nice pool area, splash park, bounce pillow and play ground for the kids. A games room and communal TV room if you want to watch something on a bigger screen than what is provided in the cabin, cabin TV is quite small. There is also a push pedal cart track and a small mini golf course, BBQ area and it's next to a paddock with lots of rabbits and space to walk the dog. Overall quite nice.

Stayed in an on-site cabin which was clean and not too old, however there was a mud hole at the front of the cabin where you park your car. We were able to get around it until the people next door rocked up making it very difficult to park unless you had a 4wd. Was not impressed getting muddy shoes just to gain access to the bitumen road at the front of the cabin. I don't want to knock this place however I felt like they knew about this issue, and thought they could have put us in another cabin, as many seemed unoccupied. Coming back from the Pioneer Village light show after heavy rain meant we had to walk ankle deep in water to gain access. The roads and drainage definitely need work here.

Mum and I had a week break from life, been 1 year since dad passed away so I thought Swan Hill isn't far from Mildura, it's quite and well set out. Pool 10 metres away, toilets not that far behind us, pretty sweet. Make sure when booking a van site to specify dimensions. I did but I don't think our neighbours did, the middle of our van slides out for a larger living space, this section butted up with next doors awning, so I had to move forward for clearance and missing out on a couple of feet of concert pad. Neighbours we're pissy the whole week, I was glad we even got a spot. Start of November is very busy, book a few months in advance.
