A truly special stay—full of heart, history, and beauty
We recently stayed at the BnB on a property that used to be our family home, and it was the most beautiful and meaningful early Mother’s Day getaway I could have hoped for. While the main house has been renovated into a stunning private residence, the old barn has been lovingly transformed into a warm, welcoming BnB.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt both familiar and refreshingly new. The barn accommodation was thoughtfully done—comfortable, clean, and full of charm. The attention to detail was evident in every corner.
The property itself is still as tranquil as I remember. Surrounded by nature, local wildlife, and the stunning vineyard, it truly is a slice of peaceful paradise. The quiet, the scenery, the sense of space—it all made for a deeply relaxing experience.
Revisiting a place that holds so many memories, and seeing it so beautifully cared for, was incredibly special. I can’t thank the hosts enough for creating a space that not only welcomes guests, but holds space for reflection and reconnection.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy a gorgeous...
Read moreWhat can I say! To be a 5 star property I understand they take into account valet parking, day spa and restaurants. If it was actually achieved by the service and property this place would be would be 5 star rated hands down. Denise thank you so much for your hospitality, service and attention to detail from before we even arrived to after we had left. From booking dinner for us because we flew in late the first night, to text messages advising us of the weather, you went out of your way to make sure we where comfortable. We wish you all the best and cannot recommend enough to people that - If in Bendigo - stay nowhere else! You feel away from it all in this peaceful oasis, however only 10 minutes from town. For those also who love a red, the wine from here is divine. Thanks again for making our week such a...
Read moreMy new husband and I stayed for two nights at Byronsvale for a mini-honeymoon after a micro-wedding. Byronsvale is a beautiful estate with well-manicured grounds and garden beds. Denise is so nice and friendly, with fantastic attention to detail. From fresh flowers, to little chocolates, cookies, and bathrobes, Denise thinks of everything! I am extremely particular about cleanliness (especially bathrooms), so when I say our apartment was spotless, I really mean it! We also ordered 2 breakfast baskets for our stay which were so fresh and tasty - especially the eggs. Breakfast sitting on the porch was absolutely golden. The bottle of chilled rose I had was spectacular.
Could not recommend Byronsvale more whether you're a Bendigo local on a stay-cation, or coming in from out-of-town. You won't be...
