Lake Catani Campground — Hotel in Northern Victoria Region

one of the best campgrounds we've been to. Free of charge, proper toilets and hot showers with daily cleaning maintainance!, untreated water source (it's okey, just bring in clean water for cooking and drinking), has their own bins (just do your proper rubish segrataion and help keep the place clean and tidy), and they have firepits! What more can you ask? heaps of nearby places to see (water falls, hiking, kayaking)

Gotta be one of the best campsites in Vic. Very leafy, doesn’t feel like you’re camping on top of each other, but love that the communal jetty provides an intuitive spot for yapping with other campers. Early morning dip with heavy mist over the lake and the sound of the dawn chorus made for 2 of the top 10 swims of my life. Well maintained amenities, helpful, friendly ranger. Just watch for the night-time...
