This is the kind of place you leave hoping you've been a good guest. A family run motor inn. Comfortable, clean room with fridge, microwave, 50" TV with DVD player, new air con, a toaster and a jug... with all the tea/coffee staples. Clean bathroom, towels and bedding. The new owners have renovated the rooms, and are now in the process of expanding the pool area, and will hopefully soon be tidying the gardens - which are a potential magnificence, though currently a little neglected. Room service provides evening meals and breakfast, for a not unreasonable price. I didn't try breakfast but the meal I had was not terrible. A list of local restaurants and fast food delivery joints is provided. 4 stars. The incomplete gardens, the traffic noise outside the room, the need of WD spray to prevent a noise that could wake the dead whilst swinging the main door, and an issue I had with the inability to secure the windows have all coalesced into a single star I must deny to remain consistent with past reviews. I would stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone, and especially those stopping to visit Australia Zoo which is not 5mins down the road. Overall a good value location, very nice place to sleep, and lovely people to deal with

I visited Australia Zoo over two days so I spent three nights at Beerwah Motor Lodge. The owners and workers were friendly and welcoming and the room itself was spacious with all the amenities I needed. I stayed in room 10 which was a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette a shower over bath and ample storage space for clothes and personal items. The lodge is two minutes if that from Australia Zoo so it's very handy and only a few minutes drive to Beerwah and Landsborough. I didn't get time to hop in the Lodge pool but next time I definetly will be. If you're visiting Australia Zoo like me or Beerwah or the Sunshine Coast hinterland in general do not pass up Beerwah Motor Lodge as it's amazing for solo travellers, couples and families!

What a fantastic little motel. Really friendly greeting by staff. Only a couple minutes from Australia Zoo and about a 10 minute drive to Beerwah town centre where you'll find all the shops and services you need. The mot3l has about 8 good rooms each with its own undercover parking. Air conditioned and modern. A swimming pool and a fun play ground for kids would highly recommend

We will definitely stay here again. Sue and Mike were the perfect hosts. Excellent hospitality, clean apartment each day (wash your dishes for you, vacuum, make beds, etc). If we were looking for a place to eat or somewhere to visit they were the go to people. In Landsborough, Mullum Munchies was the nearest takeaway and the burgers are large (perfect for any man), very filling and delicious (also a very clean takeaway; the cleanest I've seen). Also near the Takeaway is an Indian Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Bottleshop, Park, Train Station, Cafe, IGA, etc...Beerwah Motor Lodge also sells Discount tickets for Australia Zoo, Aussie World, etc...Free Wireless Internet, In-Room Breakfast, BBQ Packs (for dinner), TV and DVD Player in the rooms, tea and coffee facilities, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The basics required for a few nights away. Lots of privacy to the premises. Child friendly with two swing sets, a pool, two BBQ areas, free DVDs to watch (both children and adults). Australia Zoo is only 1km or so down the road (very close). Thanks Mike and Sue for your excellent hospitality; we look forward to...

We stayed here because we're too old to enjoy getting up at 5am to drive all the way to Beerwah to visit the Zoo, so we drove up the night before and stayed here for the night. To be honest we didn't expect much but it was convenient - it was literally one minute's drive to the Zoo!

The room was clean and spacious with plenty of sleeping room - 2 queen beds and a single! We ordered room service (only available Fri & Sat nights) and it was far better than you'd expect for a motel. I had a burger and the patty was thick and clearly home-made, the lettuce was fresh enough that it actually held the bun up and they put cheese both on top and below the patty... . The rest of the food was equally good, though my wife didn't let me try much of hers....

There is free Wifi, a small fridge, toaster, coffee-makings and a jug - all the amenities you'd expect, plus an outdoor BBQ area and the whole place is very clean, very nicely decorated and run in a very COVID-safe manner with contactless checking in and out and even the food service was contactless.

When coming back to the Zoo again, we'll be booking...
