River Gum Luxury Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Sunshine Coast Regional

I was so looking forward to my stay at River Gum. A couple of days prior to my arrival Neale called to let me know that there would be unexpected but very long awaited roof works to be done on the property, he let me know that my unit would be completed prior to my arrival and that the crew would be asked to be sensitive with noise. On arrival I couldn't have felt more welcomed by Sharon and then an hour or so later by Neale. Oh my, what a beautifully maintained and peaceful property, Sharon gave me a brief and informative tour through my accommodation and left me to settle in. Everything was thought of and more, brekky provisions were promised, however there were so many other unexpected and very much appreciated extras which made my home away from home stay just blissful. This accommodation is in such a perfect location for all parts of the sunny coast and tucked away from much of the hustle and bustle of other areas. I missed my own dog while away but was so lucky to enjoy the company of 'puppy' Jasper running past my room from time to time and sharing coffee and an afternoon drink with me as well. Comfortable, quiet studio Neale is a great host and this is a great property with lots of thoughtful touches. We stayed in a tastefully decorated Deluxe King studio with a separate kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. There were ample continental breakfast provisions, cheese, chocolates, and a selection of teas and coffee bags. The bed was super comfortable and there was a washing machine and dryer in the kitchenette which was wonderful for us as we were on a road trip and had been travelling for a while.
