Behind the hedge — Hotel in Tenterfield

Wow 💯🥂. From the time we arrived to when we leave Pete, Sandy & Toska have been amazing hosts. If you want a place to recharge your batteries then this is it. The place is secluded, extremely well manicured gardens and so quiet tucked away behind the hedge. You have access to their veggie garden garden full of tomatoes, chilli, cucumber 🥒, corn 🌽 and so much more. Fresh eggs🥚from the chook house. Relax around the gardens with so many nooks & crannies to choose from. The facilities are emaculate and there is a lot of love that goes into maintaining them. Lots to do and see in and around Tenterfield. Pete gave us good pointers on where to go and see. We spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. We want to thank Peter, Sandy and Tosca for making us feel so welcome on our holiday at Behind the Hedge, Tenterfield, NSW. Steve and I stayed in the self contained studio which was lovely and cosy. You couldn’t ask for more, it ticked all the boxes. Situated in an English style garden which was open for you explore. From beautiful roses to trees showing the Autumn colours it was a relaxing way to start the day. The town was a short drive or easy walk. Peter and Sandy were knowledgeable about what was worth seeing in the area, too. And Tosca the Spaniel was a delight and up for pats and the odd treat! It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Peter and Sandy were great hosts who ensure our stay was memorable. Their warm hospitality, and local knowledge made all the difference. The location was simply fabulous, offering breathtaking views and an abundance of activities and sights to explore.
