Absolutely the worst caravan park I’ve stayed at, spider webs and bird nests all through out the cabin, stove absolutely filthy with no cooking utensils to make your food with, ants all through out the kitchen and cabin, the lock on the cabin door does not exist anyone can come and go as they please, male toilets didn’t have any toilet paper stocked for 3 continuous days, when confronted with the problem she told us we were dreaming and it was a far stretch as she stocks it everyday, showers on 5 minute timers, eventually when the hot water comes through your left with a 3 minute shower, laundry facilities absolutely filthy and dirty, when confronted about us departing early and changing accomodation, we asked for a cheaper rate for the next few nights as it was absolutely disgusting there with poor planning, she threatened to call our work company & the police to have us removed, poor customer service, piss poor facilities, gross cabins, do not recommend ever staying there

We had such a delightful stay. Serene, clean and refreshing. About 12 minutes from the town centre. We got the retro caravan unit. Complete with comfy clean bed, fridge, couch, TV microwave, ACU, dining, and kitchen facilities. The shared toilet and showers are well maintained. It was nice to sit next to the pool and enjoy the sunset. We woke up to a good sunrise view and enjoyed the sounds of birds and nature feels. The caretaker Steve was so accommodating and generous. Would love to return in the future!

Thanks Carinya for a great nights sleep at very reasonable rates. Loved walking around the perimeter this morning so peaceful and quiet. Could hear sheep in the distance and see the horses. The rural aspect is complimented by the facilities, washing and drying clothes while travelling for a small fee is greatly appreciated. Staff are warm and friendly.

We recently stayed for 2 nights to break our journey back to Sydney at the end of our road trip. The park is located in a very rural setting, close to the Charles Sturt University campus. There are cattle and horses in the paddocks around the park. Unfortunately the park looks very neglected and it doesn’t look like basic/routine upkeep is being performed. There are several static cabins, which are occupied by a lot of tradies. When we arrived there was only one site available, next to the bbq area. There are a lot of small trees along the driveways which make manoeuvring a van a bit of a challenge. There was a tree on the site with low hanging branches. There is a pool with sun beds but unfortunately the pool was very dirty and the water not clean. The sunbeds were also very dirty. The bbq area, tables/chairs/sink and bbq were also very dirty. There is an amenities block with two showers and toilets for men and the same for women. One of the showers in the male block didn’t have a lock. There were cobwebs with spiders in the women’s showers which were there both days we were there. There was also a collection of cobwebs where the shower tray meets the floor. The sanitary bin in the toilet was stained and rusty. We didn’t see anyone maintaining the park/amenities during our stay. There was a ‘Cleaning in progress’ sign lying on the floor outside the toilets when we arrived, it was still there, in the same position when we left after 2 nights. We brought the issues to the attention of the owner after we returned home and received a reply blaming a dust storm on the day before we arrived as the cause for the issues. The website does not give an accurate picture of the state of the facilities. The park is overpriced and the owners are in denial and not willing to accept that there are issues that need to be addressed. With a little care and time, this could be a lovely place to stay. Unless there is a drastic change, we would not recommend this...

Wouldn't recommend at all! Definitely not worth it. I've stayed in heaps of budget accommodate but this place doesn't reflect the price at at all. Ants everywhere in the room, door lock, communal toilets aren't regularly checked as there was no toilet paper in the mens for a couple days and I had to run into the womens to grab toilet paper. The showers are on a 5 minute timer and after the water heats up there's barely enough time for a proper shower, if you wait the 2 minutes for it to come back on the lights and heater lamp times out and you are in the dark. You also have to pay for the washing machine. And to finish it off when I asked for a better price as a result I was threatened with calling the cops/calling my employer. We ended up going down the road to the palm and pawn which is very similar in price with a private shower and a much nicer room. Wouldn't...
