BIG4 Warwick Holiday Park — Hotel in Warwick

Warwick Big 4 staff are the best. Such nice people who are willing to go over and beyond for you and your family. I couldn't say a bad thing about them especially the lady at the front desk. The Park is clean and quiet couldn't ask for much more. It's not one of those caravan parks where their over priced and loud with feral kids. They have a great play area my daughters loved it. Best play ground in Wawrick that I've seen. My partner and I are very pleased with our stay here in the family cabin. It was clean, comfortable and warm with the reverse cycle air-conditioning. We couldn't tell it was 1°C out side. Any way I give it 6 out of 5 stars. If someone was ro find a complaint about this place I'd say your lieing or entitled or somthings gone wrong out of the staffs controll. Thansk Big 4 Wawrick we will be back maybe in summer...

This Big 4 Warwick deserves no stars. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and it was the worst experience imaginable that we’ve had on our travels. There was a woman with kids in the cabin attached to ours and from when we arrived and through most of the night there was thumping on the walls, yelling, screaming, swearing and continually going in and out of the cabin late at night by the mother and the children. As a result we had no sleep and to make things worse the cabin was overcrowded with very old furniture. It was our last stay as we’re heading home so very disappointing for a Big 4 cpark. We didn’t get the service we paid for namely a good night’s sleep. When we complained we were not offered any...

The park is basic, but tidy and the staff are friendly, however paying $20 extra for 2 young children is expensive at a park like this. We just overnighted and left first thing so the kids didn't use anything. I feel the charge for kids should be proportionate to the available facilities. e.g. big4 Whitsundays has the same charge for kids as this park but has had millions chucked at it for their entertainment, so we understand when parks are specifically catering to families you need to pay more, but this was the same cost as a big park with all the bells and whistles. The extra pricing should be more in line with a show ground or council park. Paying $59 for an overnight just felt like we were paying...
