We have just spent another fabulous weekend, this time staying in the lovely Djarlma Chalet which is a very comfortable, clean, private & peaceful home away from home. Djarlma, as with all three chalet options and the fabulous Maya Homestead, are beautifully furnished and very well equipped homes in an idyllic setting that are a perfect base for your trip to the Margaret River region. Easy access to wineries, beautiful beaches and everything else that the region has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the town of Margaret River and 30 minutes from Augusta. Sheila and her manager are great, they can be contacted easily and are very quick to respond should you need any information. And the best thing is that you can take your dogs with you, for no extra charge. We just had our second stay in the Wongin Chalet and I'm sure we will be back. We booked all 4 houses out for the weekend for my wedding. It was perfect having our family with us but no one was living in each others pockets. All the family were so happy with their houses and all plan on returning. So modern, clean and the rural outlook tops it off. So unbelievably comfortable, I could sleep forever in that bed, the couch is perfect chill zone and the dogs are safely secure in the yards. We recently stayed at Redgate Forest Retreat for a second time, after having previously stayed in a different house on the property previously. Both houses were very nice, and more than we needed for our short stay. The venue is very dog friendly, with enclosed play areas for the dogs, and with lots of forest area to explore. Sheila, the owner went above and beyond to fix my booking after I messed up the booking dates, so for that I am very grateful. We will definitely be back for...
