Voglauerhof — Hotel in Abtenau

I am coming to Austria for the 6th time and for the first time in my life I met a dishonest Austrian. I left my pajamas, my husband called, the manager confirmed that they found it and promised to send it. Unfortunately, he did not send and avoided answering the phone, I don’t understood Where is problem, if he had a problem with cost of shipping he could say I would transfer the money - for me this pajama has a sentimental value.

Dear Mr Dinko, my husband called you 3 times this week and asked you to send a shipping confirmation, each time an employee answered the phone who said that you would call back, you did not call back or hand it over to the employee, we wrote an e-mail, you did not reply either. so what you write is a lie and affects all your answers. please send a confirmation of receipt if you have information that the parcel has been received, I will go down to the reception because I am still at the hotel...

DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS OLDER THAN A MONTH because the new owner has just took over the hotel!!!! The owner and the staff were very kind and welcome. They make us feel very comfortable. The food was great. Great taste and big portion on very good price. They gave us welcome drink and Christmas cookies at the end of the dinner. We were given free room upgrade (I've booked twin room and the owner offer us double room because he saw we are couple). We added breakfast to our accommodation and breakfast was great too. View is amazing and it is very quiet. The restaurant is huge so it's perfect for big group of friends or corporative party. The design of the whole hotel is very authentic for the area. Highly recommended it for a long holiday if you like hiking, cycling or skiing. Recommend it even for 1 night if you drive transit to Austria through Alps, because the price is very good and location is very...

We came here in February for a few nights to ski at Dachstein West and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were responsive for questions ahead of our trip, they were very friendly the whole time during it and it was convenient having a good restaurant in the hotel where we ate every night. The rooms are good quality though less modern. The ski locker was a good one, lots of spaces for gear and everything dried well overnight (even after a rain day).
