Berghaus Traumblick — Hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim

The apartment is in a good location, well equipped, the owners also arranged a child's bed and a high chair at our request. The big minus was that we arrived in a very cold apartment, which they started to heat upon our arrival, at a minimum, so it was very cold, especially the first night and all the following, because before the apartment managed to warm up, the owner turned the heating to a minimum. On the very first day, we asked him to turn up the heating or at least provide a portable radiator, which he didn't provide until the next day, when we pointed out again that the apartment was really cold and that we were thinking about going home early. After that, he told us that he could put the heating on more, but he would also charge us extra for it, which we did not agree with, and then he just brought a portable radiator for additional heating. So I don't recommend staying with small children especially in winter.
