Haus Bergliebe — Hotel in Filzmoos

For one week in July this B&B really was a home to me and my friends.||||The lovely room was very cosy and I had a great view from the balcony. Every morning we enjoyed a varied breakfast with different sorts of bread, fruit, cheese, … . The breakfast room is charming and in the afternoon or the evening you can enjoy a perfect time out on the large terrace. ||||The B&B is located in a very quiet place with connections to other villages. You can start a lot of walks nearby the pension and the walking bus even broadens the variety of tours. ||||And then off course, the surroundings. It is a marvelous region and the beauty of the mountains is always near. Thinking about a day without hiking or biking ? Salzburg, Castle Hohenwerfen, canyon Liechtensteinklamm, ice caves Eisriesenwelt, lakes, animal parks, minigolf or an Alpine coaster, all are reachable by car. And if you need any information you have got Diederik and Katja, who are the perfect hosts. ||||I had a wonderful stay at Pension Bergliebe and for sure...

A fantastic 6 days I spent in Flimooz mountains and this excellent guesthouse made it all, started with a warm welcoming as I arrived, more like expecting a dear friend! Room was elegant with comfy bed and warm floor, great mountain view from the balcony, breakfast was surely more than what I expected!! Variety of tasty food was offered in a super presentation at cozy eating tables! A young and super kind lovely couple Katja & Diedrick run this guesthouse, both are mountains passionate and welling to provide a large information ones might need for mountains tips and etc, I was provided with a map before I asked for it and all my questions were answered in a delight way!! Katja even modified my booking and made me pay less the minute she find out I was traveling solo and booked a duble room!!! I highly recommend this lovely Guesthouse if you wanna have experience you always remember in Austria...

I booked this place last minute for my 3-day ski trip in the Austrian Alps. This guesthouse has excellent location - just few kilometers away from the Salzburg-Villach highway and easily accesible, with many great ski resorts nearby (Schladming, Flachau, Filzmoos, Zauchensee, Kaprun, Saalbach...). |The host was superfriendly and she gave me some hints where to ski. I was upgraded from single to double room with ensuite bathroom. Bed was comfortable, room big, clean and warm. Wifi connection was strong. |I recommend to take breakfast as it was fabulous! So many choices! It was a feast! The best breakfast I have ever had in Austria (and I spend in this country most of the winter every year)! From cereals to eggs, ham and cheese and different types of bread, jam, chocolate spread... Just great!|I will definitely come back. I think I found my new base for my ski trips...
