I, my wife and our 7 years old daughter stayed in this hotel for 9 days in the middle of March 2022. It was our second stay here, after January 2020 and they definetely surprise us due to the increasing quality of a lot of things they provide.||We stayed in a Romantik suite, very nice, interesting, large enough but with only one toilet, with 2 balconies with nice mountains view and sun all over the day. Two years ago we staywed in a Rosenquartz Residenz suite, larger than this one but almost all of the time in shadow.....||The room and the public areas were very cosy, elegant, nicely adorned, clean and well maintained. ||Small indoor swimming pool (for adults and kids), but very large and warm outdoor pool, only for adults. Impressive sauna and relaxing area for adults, very nice Fun Action Area for kids and teenagers, Aqua Park and Family sauna and relaxing area.||Concerning the buffet restaurant - breakfast, lunch and pastries one of the best we met in all places we were before – enough variety of food at a very good quality, very tasty, and at the same time very healthy, very large variety of fruits (the best fruits we ate at a breakfast ), natural juices, yoghurts, cereals, vegetables and so on. Too tasty cakes and pastries, so we got some extra kilos there... ||Dinner was very well presented, even exquisite, the chef tried hard to give us a refined food, and also very tasty. They also cook very well seafood and fish. Anyway, a significant improvement of the food and beverages quality and service compared with 2020. ||Very good service of the personnel and especially waiters who were very friendly, well trained and very good English speakers (special mention to Mara and Julia). We cannot say the same thing about Fabian whose service was not at Stock standards.||Overall, Stock resort and the place where is located, is a good place for skiers and hikers – it is impossible to get borred, you can try every day something new and in 9 days we didn’t finish all the possible trails or things to do into the resort compatible with our taste. ||Very good and interesting childcare also for kids who don’t speak German – dedicated persons at Kids Club. Not enough outdoors activities (no one in 9 days although the weather was wonderful they spent all the time at the Kids Club or Fun Action Park. In the evening not enough activities for kids (disco, playing games, shows…) so the majority of kids are running between tables or sleeping in the restaurant or in the small bar. The outdoors sports activities for adults, are not enough, they organize hiking tours only for more than 3 persons. Interesting snow-shoe hiking tour with Anna. The indoors sport activities, most of them very early in the morning or during lunch or immediately after lunch. Some activities for adults in the evening – some live music and a nice and interesting Casino Night, the same as two years ago.||Very good and flexible ski school, convenient schedule for parents who are not skiing – they took the children at 09.15 in the front of the hotel and bring them back at 15.30, so you need only to be there to pick up your child.||The service of the reception was very good with one exception – Daniel. When we left we asked him a 2,5 hours late check-out till 13.30, but it was impossible to obtain it, just till 12.00 which I’m sure it’s the standard answer for anyone who ask a late check-out. We explained him that usually at 13.30 our room was not done yet, our transfer to the airport is at 14.30, we have to wait into the hotel till then, we will get home at midnight with a small child and it’s difficult to manage this situation, but he was not impressed at all. Unfortunatelly we was right, at 13.30 our former room was not cleaned, the label “Do not disturb” that we put on the door when we left the room was still there. I may understand that a large resort like Stock has some procedures and rules, but there is also room for empathy, and with a little effort from Daniel and the housekeeping this comment would have been avoided.||Overall, with some little points to be improved (evening activities and entertainment, schedule of the sports activities), we keep wonderful memories about this hotel, being a amazing, quiet and kids very friendly place. We consider seriously to come back next year, Stock resort being on of the favorites places we’ve ever been and a place were you always want...

My family and I spent five wonderful days at Stock and were sad to leave.

Many good things to say about the resort, but I'll highlight the top:

The food is great. I have been to all-inclusives all over the world, and Stock ranks near or at the top in terms of their food offerings. High quality ingredients, which were well prepared. The Kitchen Party was the highlight, both in terms of the dishes and the ambiance. Mains during other dinner services were a bit hit and miss - depends on what you like, but they have various options available to try and please all. If food quality is important to you when choosing a place, then have no fears here. Excellent facilities. Lots of things for the kids to do, including a gym for kids to play together (the gym would benefit from more regular staff supervision to ensure kids of all ages are included fairly in spontaneous matches). Pools were fun, and though they only have one water slide, it is fun and suitable for all ages (though my 11 year old found it a bit boring after a while). The sauna facilities were really well done - my thanks in particular to Markus who thoughtfully provided me with an extra towel for my feet during the infusion activity, when it became apparent I needed one. I really appreciated him. Wonderful evening entertainment. Usually, this stuff is pretty lame, but Lisa Mauracher has a wonderful voice, and the Casino Night was a big hit among guests. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Out of all the places I've been, I actually felt that many of them were genuinely happy to be there! My thanks to Peter who helped us with dinner in the evenings, and Linda was a very welcome presence for everyone as well. The room cleaners also did their job admirably. Some nice walks easily done from the resort TONS of activities for one to partake in. It is very easy to keep busy at Stock, even if you just stay on the resort. We appreciated the farewell gifts!

I'll nitpick some things just to make this a more balanced review: No lifeguards or staff at pools. This would be a welcome touch, to improve safety but also to protect the property. I arrived one afternoon at the kids pool to find that someone had thrown in all the large cushions and were using them as floatation devices. It was only two hours later that a random staff member dropped by and yelled at the kids using them at the time, to put them off to the side. Make sure to ask for tap water at dinner, or they will default to bringing you bottled water (for a charge). It's unfortunate that for an organization claiming to be dedicated to environmental conservation, that they would not first volunteer the free mountain water in refillable jugs. Profit Environment in this case. It would be better if sauna facilities were available after dinner for those of us that would want to use them after kids go to sleep. The game room has a number of free games/activities, but could be supplemented by adding a bunch of arcade games and making everything free (basketball, air hockey, pool all required payment) Wine can climb to the more expensive side, but it looks like you could purchase a bottle, and they will keep it for you for your next meal if you cannot finish it all at once. They never answered an email about whether pool toys are allowed (they are).

In conclusion, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. As others have noted, it is pricey, and you are certainly paying a premium to have all the services bundled into a single location. But, it was a wonderful family vacation and one we may look to repeat in the...

I had the pleasure of staying at Stock for a week in January. Never have I felt so at home at a hotel. This is truly one of those places where you never want to leave.

We stayed in a Ice Crystal (Eiskristall) double room on the first floor and was really happy with the choice. The room was big and well-designed with a small toilet, a larger walk-in closet, and a gorgeous bathroom. The bathroom had an amazing rain shower and generous floor heating. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed as well as a sofa area. It opened up to a balcony which had a great view of the surrounding mountains. The view will be even nicer from the second floor, so we'll make sure to book a room on that floor for our next stay.

The facilities in the hotel are superb. Everything is spotless clean and inviting. You find showers next to the heated pools, you find clean towels everywhere you need them. The staff is smiling and happy to help with any request you might have. As an example, we were curious about how the other rooms looked, and Daniel from the front-desk was more than happy to show us an unoccupied room.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included in the €250/person room rate. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with a ton of different options: muesli, yoghurt, fresh omelet cooked to order, soft- or hard-boiled eggs, many kinds of bread, Austrian cold cuts and local cheeses, fruits, a large selection of juices, plus cakes such as donuts, muffins and other pastries. It's served until 11:00 and it was a great way to start the day.

The lunch is served from 13:00 and included different hot dishes as well as a buffet with many different kinds of salads. There is again a large selection of bread, as well as new kinds of cakes. Indulgent!

Now we come to the dinners, which were spectacular: full 4-5 course meals with creative starters, mains and deserts. The menu changes daily and contain four mains to choose from — but there is also an alternative menu with about 10 main courses that you can order if you don't like today's menu. There is a vegan menu as well. The quality was consistently great and depending on what you compare with, such a meal could easily cost you $80-100 (without drinks). You pay extra for wine and other alcoholic drinks and we were generally very happy with the wine suggestions from our waiter, Maik.

Last but not least, the hotel package includes access to a vast amount of pools, saunas, steam baths, etc. There is a 25 meter outdoor heated pool, which was a joy to swim in — looking up at the snow-covered mountains all around.

All in all, this is a very special place. The kind of luxury you find here is not cheap, but if you want to spoil yourself and your loved ones, this is the...

A Luxurious and Family-Friendly Getaway – Our Time at STOCK Resort As a family of four, we spent a memorable vacation at the STOCK Resort and were truly able to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Elena at the front desk and Abdi at the bar deserve special recognition for their warmth and exceptional service. The majority of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. Our suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a great mix of modern comfort and alpine character. While not every detail was perfect, we appreciated the overall feel and functionality of the space, especially as a family traveling with young children. Dining was a daily highlight. Most dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented. We especially loved the freshly prepared meats and vegetables, and the variety at breakfast and lunch. The Kitchen Party was a standout experience—creative, fun, and executed with flair. While there were occasional inconsistencies in presentation or seasoning, the passion behind the cuisine was always evident. The wine list offered an excellent variety, especially of Austrian wines. We particularly enjoyed discovering several Grüner Veltliners with great value. While the digital wine menu had some delays in loading, staff were happy to help us navigate it and make personal recommendations. The wellness and spa area was a real treat. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, it offered the perfect environment for relaxation. The massages were some of the best we’ve experienced, and the sauna infusions were a lovely touch. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a space that’s both luxurious and welcoming. A true highlight for us was the kids and teens program. Our older child was thrilled each day with the range of activities on offer—from adventure spaces to creative workshops. It was clear that the staff truly care about providing a meaningful and fun experience for children. For families with younger kids, we’d recommend checking in advance about childcare options, as group supervision starts at age three. All in all, our stay at STOCK Resort was filled with meaningful moments, warm hospitality, and genuine enjoyment. It’s a place that beautifully combines high-end amenities with a family-friendly spirit, and we’re already looking forward to returning.
