We stayed at the hotel 7 days. It was quite a long stay for thermal vacation, but we enjoyed it a lot. - Hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. We had panorama suite, it was big, well equipped, with very nice interior. Cleaning was very good, it corresponded to the price of the hotel. Also there are of course all kinds of spa premises and fitness room. Some areas are accessible for adults only, but there is enough space and entertainment for kids as well. - Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast and dinner were included into the room rate. Breakfast buffet was big, offered different kinds of meals and the quality was good. Dinner was served as 4 course menu (there were always 2-3 choices available per meal). On top, the was also a big buffet open for dinner. The drinks and lunch we had to pay separately. Lunch was available at the bar or in a Therme restaurant and the options were good. You should count with ca. 50Euro per person per day on top. - Service was also very good. Especially we liked that almost everything could be done online. No need to wait for reception or guest relations. Very convenient. Only in the restaurant the waiters were sometimes overloaded and we had to wait, but it was only on the weekend. - Entertainment options like safaris were mostly available for adults, we couldn’t do much with our 3 y.o. child. Research station was nice for him with a little zoo and workshops for mini kids. But we as adults didn’t see much. Overall it was a very good vacation, which corresponded to its high price. The only improvement we would suggest is internet speed (too slow and almost impossible to work even on emails) and coffee (was a disaster even as the paid bar, although the machine was good).

We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve celebration at the hotel. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly, contributing to a positive first impression. The hotel itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with a large lobby and bar area ideal for relaxing. The restaurant offered a pleasant atmosphere with good food and a varied menu. Our junior suite was comfortable and well-suited for families, featuring a double bed and bunk beds for the kids. The room was spacious, with a terrace offering a lovely view of the lake. However, there were two aspects we found disappointing: 1. The absence of coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, which we believe should be standard in a hotel of this category. We noticed that some other rooms did have these amenities. 2. The heating system, which could only be adjusted to reduce the temperature by approximately 2 degrees, made the room uncomfortably warm at night. We had to open the windows, but leaving them open all night in winter was not feasible. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The “safari” experience was delightful, allowing us to spot a variety of birds even in the chilly weather. The New Year’s Eve dinner with wine pairing was very good, complemented by excellent music, a talented violinist, and an impressive light show. The Therme, although small, was clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would recommend the hotel with some room for improvement in amenities and heating adjustments.

The stars are only for the architect and the manager of the hotel which they deserve starts +the guy from the bar. I have never been in a hotel to be treated that bad from the first a rival when the girl from the reception was rude and say that she can't find us and she was annoyed that I want to give the code of reservation and the attitude to give her the exact home address and when I put Co. Dublin she starts arguing this is impossible as she been to Dublin and I should put the real code as this doesn't exist. On another thing, they speak only German very little English and when I order food first night at the drinks they broth me something else and I said this was not my drink I have ordered them instead of apologising and bring me the drink he drinks the wrong drink in front of me. Rude. 😱 At the message, they don't inform you anything.no option female or man and they have men mainly which they don't respect privacy and they don't understand any English. Anyway if you like to have a lovely spa in Austria please save your money and time don't come here. Positive expect: the room nice, comfortable and clean but cold no heating the general manager nice guy wise the bar from the reception it is very nice and the staff on the bar it is polite and good service. The hotel is nice and the public spa and shops/buffet good All the best. See the pictures. Needs improvements to the staff urgently and English.

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the exceptional service and atmosphere provided by the Spa resort. The attention to detail and the dedication of the staff truly made our stay memorable. However, there were several aspects of our visit that did not meet our expectations.| |To begin, we had booked a massage therapy session as part of our relaxing getaway at the esteemed establishment. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were informed that the massage appointment was not available due to unforeseen circumstances. This was disappointing as it was a significant component of our visit.| |Furthermore, despite numerous attempts to reach out to the resort and the Head office via email, we have not received any communication from the company. This lack of response has been quite frustrating, as we were hoping for a resolution to our concerns.| |Additionally, on our final night, we encountered an unpleasant group of individuals during our dinner. They made inappropriate comments and made my wife feel uncomfortable. We decided to leave the veranda bar and take precautions to ensure our safety, as we suspected we might be followed. It was disheartening to witness that at least one member of staff was providing them with alcohol, despite their disruptive behaviour.| |Overall, while the facilities and food at St. Martins Spa Resort were fantastic, these incidents have marred our experience. We believe it is crucial to address these concerns promptly and find a satisfactory resolution.| |As guests, we hope that they can provide us with an explanation for the unfulfilled massage booking and the lack of communication from the company. Additionally, we have requested a proposed solution to rectify these unfortunate situations and restore our faith in the exceptional service that St. Martins Spa Resort is known for.| |We have asked that the Spa keep us informed of any progress made and provide a proposed solution within a reasonable timeframe. Open communication and a fair resolution are essential to ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved.| |We hope that our faith with the St Martins resort will be restored. I shall write an update if/when a response is received from the Spa or its...

From the very beggining, the experience was amazing. The Spa is located in the middle of a natural park, and from the moment you stop your car and put a step outside, it transports you to an "Out of Africa" mood, making you feel like an explorer. The check-in was really fast but careful; they explained us the different services we could enjoy that were already included (breakfast, dinner, access to the Spa,...). Our room was simply perfect, from the most important things (King bed with high quality matrass, totally silent, super clean, super spacious) to the little details that makes the difference (poop-bags and feeding-bowls for our two puppies, personalize welcome letter with instructions for our days there, mini-bar filled with soft drinks, local wine and sekt as a courtesy, spa-set) and last but not least the experience that only a room located there can give you: the astonishing sun set at the natural lake, that my fiancee and I enjoyed (with our two puppies) in the terrace, with a glass of sekt. Just perfect.|The dinner at the spa is a combination of buffet and menu/a la carte, with a well sorted wine cart and gluten free/lactose free options. The breakfast is, in my opinion, the best one I´ve ever enjoyed across Europe, where you can also learn about local products and producers - it lets you feel the strong connection this spa has with the local people and their products. The thermal zone has everything you may need to relax and put your creative mind at work, and the hotel's surroundings are filled with nature and natural walking tracks (and lots of birds and rabbits!). The check out was also fast, they offered us a late checkout since the room was not booked, so we could still enjoy the therme and room until late afternoon, and we even received a local culinary gift when we left the hotel - they really go the extra mile! We will certainly come back, and next time we will try the safari tour to learn more about the...
