Lugerfarm — Hotel in Gemeinde Melk

This hidden jewel is about 10 minutes outside of Melk, but well worth the drive. The facilities have been redone from what was a farmhouse and are tastefully decorated, extremely modern and absolutely beautiful! Mrs. Lugar is like a mother hen always concerned about whether everything is OK for her guests. The breakfast is bountiful and the options placed on the table are fresh, appetizing and delicious. There is no elevator to the rooms on the second floor, but if your luggage isn't too heavy and you are able to walk up stairs, this is definitely a place you would enjoy just to sit around and relax in a picturesque, serene, country setting. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling in this...

If you are in Wachau, you must stay here!!! It is so charming and peaceful and the host is so wonderful. Her warm hospitality was so welcome after a long day of travel and the breakfast was so yummy! You can’t beat the value either. My room was perfect and clean and comfortable and I loved my stay here so much. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler and I also appreciated the easy parking on property. I can’t wait to return here...

5 🌟sind definitiv zu wenig hier muss man mehr geben. Nicht nur das tolle ambiente von liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer, einem traumhaft schönen Wintergarten mit einer sonnenverwöhnten Terasse hier passt einfach alles. Aber was einen hier umhaut ist die Gastgeberin die man einfach nur lieb haben kann weil man hier wie auf Händen getragen wird. Freundlich, liebevoll und sooooo was von herzlich unbeschreiblich.... vielen lieben dank das wir da sein durften und unser Mädelsweekend dadurch perfekt war .... volle Sterne für Gastfreundschaft, Sauberkeit, Essen und alles was man sonst noch...
