Hotel Panoramahof Loipersdorf — Hotel in Jennersdorf

The Panoramahof is a detached, well-kept house on the outskirts of Loipersdorf but without a lift. Unfortunately, hotel guests are not offered discounted tickets for the Loipersdorf thermal bath and spa. A free parking lot is available directly in front of the hotel. The thermal spa can be reached from the hotel in a few minutes by car.||We were given a room on a lower floor with a terrace outside. The furniture was new and typical of the region. Air conditioning, refrigerator and safe were available, however there was no a kettle.||Bathroom and WC were in separate rooms, but the shower was rather small for a 4-star hotel.||The TV set offered numerous programmes, almost exclusively in German. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.||The reception at the front desk was friendly. We were a bit surprised that our request for a room on an upper floor was not heeded, although the house was hardly occupied.||Breakfast in the Panoramahof offered plenty of choice and was of very good quality. We have booked this hotel to stay overnight. No one was at reception at 10pm or so when we came. Just a key waiting for is. We are travelling with 2 dogs,and checked on few sites that dogs are allowed here with no conditions or fees. On checkout we got asked to pay a fee for each dog and another extra cleaning fee because we stayed in a room where dogs aren't allowed. So any good impressions of our 10 hour stay there were ruined by us having to pay about 50% of room price in fees. |I would expect any normal hotel to be more customer focused and fair, and not force customer to pay fees that aren't stated in their policies and conditions on booking sites. All the hotels around loipersdorf are 4 star for some reason. This hotel is the same. I can only think it's because of the access to the spa. So don't be fooled, this is a nice place to stay but for sure not a 4 star hotel.|The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is standard austrian breakfast, ham cheese, bread etc. |There is no bar but you can go to the fridge and take a bottle of wine and leave your name on a piece of paper. |The hotel and rooms are very clean and kept very well.|There is a kids Playing area both inside And outside.|The spa is 2.4km away and the hotel supplies you robes...
