Haus Helga — Hotel in Kappl

We have been here for 5 nights. Really nice and cosy accommodation, everything really clean and warm. We thought that there will be a bus station close to our home but apparently we had to go down in the valley (1.5 km to reach the bus station) so ended up in going by car to Ischgl.||||Wifi is good and really calm atmosphere by night, so the sleep was really good. Hot water and all the conditions were good.||||Also be aware that no english is provided by host, absolutely none. Even I can do some German but was not enough to get a good...

We stayed at the Crystal apartment for 10 days.

Location: 3/5 If you don't have a car you are in a problem. The skibus only goes 3 times per day to Kappl and 3 times per day back. If you want to go to Ischgl you must switch skibus at Kappl.

Value: 5/5. The apartment is 19E per person per day + 1.5E per person per day tax + 10E per person final cleaning.

The Sauna is small - about 4 people can fit comfortably inside.

The hosts are nice but they don't speak English at all.

WiFi is available for a fee: 10E per 5 hours and the reception...

Wir haben ein Apartment gebucht, was auch sehr schön und gut ausgestattet war. Aber das Verhalten der Gastgeber geht einfach gar nicht. Die erste Nacht war noch alles gut, am zweiten Tag sollte plötzlich noch eine andere Person mit zu uns ins Apartment. Begründung: Die Person hat doch den gleichen Nachnamen wie zwei von euch. Die andere Person hatte eigentlich ein eigenes Zimmer gebucht und dafür auch eine Zusage erhalten. Dies hatten die Gastgeber aber dann schon anderweitig vergeben. Nur weil eine Person den gleichen Nachnamen hat kann man nicht davon ausgehen, dass es eine Familie ist. Und selbst wenn hat es dann ja auch einen Grund warum die Person separat gebucht hat. Beim bezahlen der nächste Schock. Es wurden 60 € mehr abgebucht als ursprünglich vereinbart und auch in der Auftragsbestätigung stand. Erst nach einer halben Stunde Diskussion wurden die erstattet. Das ist einfach abzocke. Also aufpassen: Wenn ihr ein Appartement bucht, kann plötzlich irgendeine andere Person bei euch sein und wenn ihr ein Zimmer bucht, könnt ihr in irgendein Appartement gesteckt werden. Und besonders aufpassen...
