Hotel-Pension Jägerhof — Hotel in Kolsassberg

Also called "Pension Jagerhof" Stayed one night as part of an EF Tour group. Winding road to get there, but I wasn't driving, so that was ok. Incredible views all the way there and from our room balcony as well. Our room was shaped more like an upper story of a 1-1/2 story home-long and thin, but satisfactory. The bathroom was brand new spotlessly fantastic and spacious. Nice hot water as well. It would be nice to have a shelf or two in the shower itself as there weren't any but maybe they haven't had a chance to put them up yet?.. Lots of counter space above the bathroom sink for all your toiletries. Hair dryer had sufficient power for this once Hairstylist, too. ||Room was quite adequate overall, no elevators, but not too bad a climb to 2nd floor. A few more electrical outlets would be nice, but we were able to make it work by unplugging a lamp. Beds were comfortable. Overall room temp was very warm but once I found the radiator control in the bathroom and turned it down, we were fine. A nice clean comfortable...

We had an incredible winter holiday with our family at this hotel. The hotel's location is perfect, offering breathtaking views that made our stay even more memorable. Didn't stay at the hotel, just went into the restaurant on one night. The food was good, although the self-service salad bar wasn't kept replenished. The views from tables in the window were beautiful, looking over the valley to the distant mountains, but on tables other than the first row the only view was of other diners and the tables were not very spaced out, even cramped in some areas. It was over Christmas so very busy but allowing for that I don't think I'd eat there again, there are many other restaurants in the area of comparable quality and value of food with much...
