Thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, well managed, excellent food, and the staff was always very ready to help out the guests. Staff member Rothschädl was particularly helpful to us during our stay. The large city of Graz was easily accessible from the nearby town of Köflach by train, so visitors didn’t have to pay for Graz hotel prices! Many exploring opportunities in the vicinity. My only minor issue was it would have been nice to have a microwave, small fridge, and perhaps a hotpot in the rooms, but when something requiring a microwave occurred, the kitchen staff graciously allowed us to use their device. Overall we were very pleased and would consider this an excellent value. One note, this hotel is popular with school groups on organized trips. There were two groups there during our stay. Back in 2016, I was riding though Koflach on my motorcycle in the pouring rain, when I crashed and injured my foot. I was taken to JUFA Hotel by a policeman by the name of Heinz, who set me up with a room until my foot healed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They washed and dried my soaking clothes; the cook gave me extra large portions of food; and the staff constantly checked up on me to see how I was doing. I remember one kindly old lady, who was a guest at the hotel, made me Kaiserschmarrn which was delicious. After my foot healed I said goodbye and the cook even gave me some food to take with me on my trip. I can only apologise that it took me so long to write this, as I promised I would. Mein Frau , Hani, hat mich verlasst nach Marija langosch. ( Ballet lolololos..QDH) Sie meinte ich stinke weil ich 30 tAGE nicht gedußscht habe, aber das ist normal. Sie versteht nicht.
