Really, the house is a typical alpine farmhouse in every way. Set quite high up just below the pass from Kitzbuehl to Mittersill overlooking snow capped peaks, flower filled fields and the valley below. Many walks in the area to suit different levels of walkers.

This was our second visit and we love the solitude and quietness. Our first visit was in September with some snow and this second in April with spring flowers in the meadows and snow higher up after the ski season.

Come for the skiing, stay for the views. Charmingly gracious hosts will have you missing them as you leave. Neat as pin, jaw dropping gorgeous scenery, and a true farm experience. Apartments was spacious, well equipped, and convenient to all the local attractions. Couldn't have asked for more, simple, and perfect for a group get away. wir hatten 50 Jahre lang unsere Urlaube in der Nähe verbracht, mit gemischten Gefühlen sind wir vor 5 Jahren zu Hause losgefahren. Zum ersten Mal eine neue Unterkunft? Schon die herzliche Aufnahme bei der Ankunft, als wir uns das erste Mal trafen, war Spitze, obwohl wir fremd waren. Die folgenden Tage waren von Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft geprägt, nicht zu vergessen das Almfrühstück. Es waren seither alles in allem rundum gelungene tolle Urlaube, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts hat gefehlt. Es ist quasi die Fortsetzung unserer früheren Urlaube. Die Ferienwohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und ihren Preis wert. Es dient als Basis für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in Nah und Fern. Ihr habt Euch die volle Punktzahl verdient. Danke für alles.
