Wonderful Apartment Four Kilometers from Attersee

Well-equipped ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom/toilet, and a kitchen/living room with a pull-out sofa. Perfect for a couple or a family with small children. The apartment looks east over the lake. It is the only rental unit. The owners live in the same house.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water cooker, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine There are ample pots, pans, glasses, table service etc. There are two flat screen televisions; one in the bedroom and one in the living room – satellite reception but German language channels only. The apartment is very clean with laminate flooring throughout.

The closest public beach is four kilometers away in Zell am Attersee – very nice. The closest shopping is also four kilometers away in Nußdorf – bakery and small grocery store. For a larger grocery store head to Attersee am Attersee nine kilometers away.

The owners are wonderful, and check-in was easy. The view is great, and the location is VERY quiet. The only improvement would be shutters on the bedroom window to keep out the early morning sun.
